I haven't had any discussion with anyone. No appointments, nothing. Just billing for 65.00 a month for nothing. I requested to stop but still being billed.

I decided to go with this company because I really needed help going through my depression but they charged my card without speaking to me or having an appointment that's not okay with me and they have refused to give me my money please do not go with this company

This is the second best treatment I've had my entire life and everything is done over the phone Brittani Johnson is my doctor I've never met any of the other doctors there but she's great for me she eases me she knows just what to say she can turn my frown into a smile in a matter of minutes she takes me from 100 and brings me back down to about a four or five and calms me my medication is perfect for me this is the best service the price is very very affordable they don't try to break your pockets they understand what's going on right now in the world I could go on and on about this company and the way they make me feel I was in a very bad place when I signed up with them I didn't know what to expect I honestly didn't think they were going to be able to help me since everything was done over the phone but it's perfect for me I don't plan on going anywhere I'm set I'm settled in and I recommend this company to anyone that's having any kind of mental issues

I thought this would be perfect for me - boy was I wrong. You pay $30.00 a month and the service is so poor - yes they will come back and say they saw you and refilled you medicine but the process is so frustrating.
They send a million messages so you do not forget that you have an appointment and their providers almost never show up at the meeting time. You spend your whole 15 minutes trying to email, leave messages so it does not look like you flaked on the appointment. When they finally get back to you, you get some lame email from support( a guy named Brandon) who says he is sorry and tries to smooth things over- I have email threads back and forth from this guy- from missed appointments, no show providers and provider who do not check there calendars or know when they have appointments.RUN FROM THIS COMpany

Thought I finally found a solution to my sleep issues. Signed up, completed their survey, entered my CC info, and then told there are no appointments available. Messaged support, no reply yet. But hey they got their money! already charged my card. Funny enough there is no option to cancel service or un-enroll via the account login. Feels real scammy to me! Wish I never signed up for this BS.

The psych did not care to hear anything about my problems only judged me for the dosage I was already prescribed for my anxiety and kept going back to it. I told her how can you start to diagnose me if your just talking about medicine. She would not listen to anything I had going on that would lead to anxiety so how can they help if they don't know what's going on. There going to get someone killed

They scammed my daughter. They charged my credit card for an appointment that we waited 4 days for. Then on the scheduled appointment time, they didn't show up to the zoom appointment. They are scammers and take advantage of people in need of help.

EDIT: This is getting ridiculous as someone is replying to reviews here faster than they are through their own customer service channels. I still have not received any answer from customer service after my provider was a no-show and I am running out of medication.

Pretty poor experience with Minded. The provider initially tried to talk me out of medication, and then forgot to send the agreed upon meds to the pharmacy. Then, the provider was a complete no-show to my second appointment. You can't get anyone from customer service on the phone. Really frustrating - not sure what to do at this point.

Filled out the 10-minute questionnaire for qualification which asked for credit card information at the end. Received an account email shortly after stating they cannot approved my request for service. Credit card was still charged.
Emails and voicemails have gone answered for over a week. Their phone line has no representatives answering calls - the line is voicemail only.

I have had several concerns about my medication I have been doing very poorly mentally and I have had a week's worth of my messages go unanswered This is not the service they can afford to not be responding and ignoring their clients. These medications are dangerous to stop and I feel like I need to stop it on my own because I cannot get a response from these people at all. I'm heartbroken and disgusted with the customer service

Was fine, as expected, though some points of the video interview

video quality appearance was low quality, slightly'fuzzy', blotchy at times, background covering electronically generated was shadowy around the silhouette as host was moving head.
The Minded logo on the upper right screen was clear.
Time of Connectivity at Appointment
Time of connecting at appointment was LATE, by meeting host.
I connected Early on the meeting,
Was presented with message, 'Waiting for Host to Enter Meeting.
I connected 15 min. prior to start of meeting, to ensure connecting to meeting. I disconnected, reconnected Multiple Times in meeting, to ensure connectivity to meeting. Host joined meeting at 3-5 min.later on the hour of meeting time. I was highly concerned l would not connect to the meeting as scheduled, and would incur the $50 fee / not connect.
There was no mention of the host on the point of time of Connectivity.
Points of discussion
There was a 'question and answer' right away, l didn't know where to start, l started talking about myself, what I'm looking for, what l have been with, what my needs are, and was faced to get information by asking questions, it seemed at times, l was asking questions, to get information, as otherwise would not get information, had l not asked. I think l could have gotten a better picture of the service, how it works, but feel like l do not have a good picture of the service.
It just seemed like a very very basic interview, question/ answer.

Host appeared very polite, congenial.

My relationship with the Doctor toh whom I was indicated, is very open, concerned and available. I am very pleased with this gentleman.
I am a bit relieved that the cost of this service is 65/month. That is vey reasoable.

These reviews have to be fake that have more than one star I wish I could give a -5 I was so excited when I reached out to them because I finally found a psychiatrist that could prescribe me the medications that I’ve been on for years and have proof of but I accidentally missed my appointment because it was an eastern time and I’m in standard and it got confused so my second appointment I don’t even think I saw a doctor because she didn’t even offer to prescribe me anything she just told me I was screwed so I wrote a review on Google and they responded and told me they were sorry and to reach out to their support team so I did and their support team wrote me back and said yeah we just don’t want you to be a part of our program and I didn’t do anything wrong like I just told her what was wrong with me told her what I had been taken I even offered to show her my transcripts from all my prescriptions and doctors visits and I was very vulnerable with her and that’s how they treated me I hate this company I wish that they didn’t exist they don’t prescribe you the medication do you need i promise
The experience could not have gone better - Nicole understood my request, discussed several options then together we decided on the correct course of treatment. My 1st time using a telehealth company - totally professional.
