Ordered VeinErase machine and received a facial machine with no instructions on how to use. Contacted company who said facial machine works on veins. Tried it each day for a month with absolutely no result. Contacted them for refund and was offered just 30% back.
DO NOT waste your money! Total scam!

My device was broken
My device was broken after using it for 10 months. I don't know why it broke that fast as I was using it properly. I emailed to Renewa and their customer services responded pretty fast. I am happy about their service even I am disappointed the product broke. They will send me another one and am waiting for it arrives so I can continue to use it.

I appreciate having a real person to speak to when I called to ask a question. The fact that there is a number to call to resolve issues is a big plus for me. I requested a replacement device, and was given an email confirmation of the replacement being sent within a couple of minutes. Aileen, the rep I spoke to, stayed on the line with me until I had received the confirmation, which was also appreciated. She was helpful and polite and patient while I explained what was happening, and offered different suggestions to resolve the issue.

the Renewa device was faulty (No vibration) and the eye device is way too heavy for my older skin. The return process is so onerous (you pay for the return, in original packaging and it better be in "salable" condition) and iffy that it wasn't worth it to return a faulty product. However, EJ in customer was very responsive and worked through several resolution scenarios to my ultimate satisfaction.

I do feel since these are made in China they are pretty fake. The glasses were heavy on my lower eyes and made them even more saggy after I was done with the session. I was hoping for 100 % guarantee as these do not work for me as my skin is very old and delicate.

This company has excellent customer service. I had a question and they were on it before I even left the computer. I was so impressed. The products are very helpful. I can see a difference in a short time with the glow of my skin and I am 81. I recommend them highly.
