Device broke after 6 months
I received my RenewaLift device within a couple of weeks after placing my order and started using it right away. I used it every night before bed for 6 months and did see improvements in my skin tone and pores. I think the device helped my skincare products to penetrate better too because my skin never looked better. I would have rated the device 5-stars if it weren't for the fact that the EMS/vibration has mysteriously stopped working. I have continued to use the device with the red light alone, but my skin isn't the same without it. I've started breaking out and the firmness is diminishing after only 10 days. It's too bad. I was really pleased with it, but for $120 USD I would expect it to last longer.

Great Renewa Customer Service
This rating is only for the customer service I received. My unit wasn’t working properly so I contacted them. The customer service from Kei was outstanding. Once she confirmed that my red light glasses were not working properly, she asked if I wanted a replacement or not. Very responsive and cares about the customer.

I would give Renewa Skin zero star if…
I would give Renewa Skin zero star if there’s such option. First of all, they fraudulently charged my credit card when I tried to abort an order on line. That’s when the screen said the order was not confirmed unless watching the promotion video. Even after I called to cancel the order because the credit card was charged, they still danced around the issue. As it turned out the order fulfilled by a Chinese company. Renewa Skin claimed the package had been sent w/ a tracking link. So it took two weeks to get the package and I had to use a traceable shipment to return the package to a guy in LA. Needless to say, I have to pay for the shipping. Ironically, Renewa Skin wants customers to follow the return procedure, but they don’t actually follow that. There was no packing list or receipt in the package, how can customers return those with the product? The worst part is after all said-and-dones, Renewa Skin wouldn’t refund you until 15 business days after they receive the return package. If this not a scam, I don’t know what else is.

Ej the representative was fantastic
Ej the representative was fantastic. He was patient and very professional and very helpful with the problems I first had. He waited on hold for me as I got a hold of my bank to address an issue and then he even gave me a discount on the original price I was going to pay. I recommend them to anyone.

Not good
Not good. I felt either shocks or stings beneath each eye while using this product so I only used it twice. Read the return policy. Many hoops to jump through for full refund. They offer a partial refund with no requirement to return product.

I was hesitant to reach out when my device stopped working. I had noticed some bad reviews regarding service when it came to returns/exchanges. However, just the opposite was true! I sent an email to customer service detailing what was wrong with my device and asking for a replacement. The reply came quickly and Matthew kept working with me until we resolved my issue. He was polite and responsive. My replacement is on the way! I am very satisfied with working with the customer service department.

Unfortunately, I was unable to keep my products that I had just ordered due to a dermatology situation. I never opened them!
EJ sent a prompt reply with information on how to return. I am so appreciative of his help and response! Great customer service!!

EJ assisted me and was very professional, prompt and responsive. Although EJ couldn't resolve my problem because there appeared to be a technical issue on the website where no matter what address I put in, I received a message that you could not deliver to the address. EJ offered an additional $10 discount for the inconvenience, but I couldn't use it because I couldn't get the order to go through. I had decided to give up, but was very impressed when I received a call from Risa in your customer service because she could see that my order had not been completed. She processed my order manually however I wasn't able to use the additional discount that EJ had given me.

I am greatful to the response to my concerns, I find the company is very organized and responsive to customers questions spot on. When I ordered it went well until all of the other items started showing up one after another which I found some what overwhelming, I'm very happy with my choice to keep items rather then cancell as I did and again changed to keep items because there was such a quick reply to my issue! Thank you Kei for your help and everyone else. Now, just excited to receive all my items.
