EJ is helpful to the MAX!
EJ seems very anxious to help me with the problem I'm having whereby only one package arrived, and it didn't contain most of the order. I now understand that most of my order was backordered, but I'm still expecting the Face Lift device, 3 bottles of Serum and a couple of free items that were offered with my first order. Thank you for letting me know that the package was backordered.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They are charging for products they don’t have in stock. If you ultimately get the product and are dissatisfied the 100% return guarantee is a lie. They will only refund 50% after you return the product and they “inspect” it. I cannot urge you enough to not deal with this company.

Amazing Customer Service
Amazing Customer Service! EJ was efficient, friendly and very responsive. I tried this product and after using for a period of time I didn't see a significant change. I did see a change in my forehead slightly, but not what I'd hoped.

SCAMMERS?
I placed an order on December 1 that they confirmed twice. When I tried to cancel the duplicate order they lied and said it had already been shipped, and asked if I would take a 50% credit on the second order. I agreed, but they never gave me the credit. After several email exchanges where they insist they processed the credit and said it's now out of their hands -- I have to take it up with my bank. I'm certain now, especially after reading other reviews, that this is their standard practice. It's outrageous. UPDATE: I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 because they finally came through and gave me the refund they promised months ago. I believe it's because of my review but in the end they did the right thing.

Had a concern about a delivery and having deleted the email with order number and tracking. EJ did some digging, got me the info I needed. Response was very quick and friendly. Explained the situation. My concerns were laid to rest. I am a happy customer.

Great customer service experience
I placed an order in error and emailed Renewa immediately requesting cancellation of my order. I promptly received a reply acknowledging my request and soon after heard from EJ who provided excellent customer service. It’s so rare these days that it’s wonderful when a person really provides pleasant and professional customer service. Well done!

I ordered a micro needle set
I ordered a micro needle set. It did not arrive and no tracking information. I tried to call to follow up but could not get through to anyone. Sent email they agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. It has been way past the date they said they would refund it. I have reached out multiple times and they keep saying it was processed. I finally contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I ordered a few products from Renewa Skin and can’t praise them enough for their prompt, efficient customer service! Where I have found so many companies that you deal with online to be inefficient and products non-refundable, Renewa Skin is the opposite. Impossible to Contact
I have ben trying to contact this company for nearly a week about their return policy for a defective product.
*No reply to emails
*No telephone response. The answering service requests a number be entered to reach a representative but any number pushed will not connect and I was told to try again with the same results.
A 100 day guaranty means nothing!!

My package arrived a day ago with limited instructions on the back of the box, I sent an email asking for help and EJ replied immediately with the information I need to use the product. I haven’t use it yet, but I’m very satisfied with the costumer service they provide.
