Tudagrass Opiniões

The Lady I saw was very efficient and helpful, the reception area is very well organised and well laid out, with viewing product area clean with excellent displays, I loved how you could touch the grass, worth a visit or even a call if you want quality product from their website.

Fantastic Customer service is recommend them

Delivered promptly excellent quality goods

I purchased some of the Series 1 Slatted Cladding for the front of our house. It looks fantastic and is easy to work with.
Even better than the product was the service I received from Vicky & Laura. 1st class!
I'll be back to order some more when I've measured up for our future garden project.
Thanks!

I bought the "Grey Wood Effect Vinyl Lino Flooring Sheet Roll – Aged Oak 619M Plank". Excellent customer service as well as a great product. Would buy from them again as it was a very pleasant experience! recommended!

Great company to deal with.

I was contacted by phone and email regarding the delivery and kept me posted.

This is my second purchase and I highly recommend this company.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Great quality pet friendly artificial grass. Looks and feels amazing.. Received within 5 working days from order. Delivery driver was super helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend Tuda 100%

Tudagrass have been excellent from start to finish. Great communication couple with amazing customer service made the transaction a pleasure.

Came today and grabbed a wall panelling and didn’t have enough room in car to put it but with there lovely help they helped me get it deliver in time for my person to put my panelling up , so helpful and amazing wouldn’t of went anywhere else 🤍

Ordered a 10.5m roll and 9.5m arrived. I sent a message to the head office and they acted quickly to get the issue resolved. Within a couple of days the roll was collected and a new one dropped off. No issues since. Not too sure if I would order with them again as it's not worth the hassle if they are cutting rolls short. Also the roll arrived with grass facing the outside making it more difficult to roll out. Normally it's facing in so you can roll it straight out.

Delivered on time and product quality very good indeed. Perfect for putting or golf simulator. Kind regards.

Needed some new edging for my decking and Tudagrass were extremely helpful, sent out samples for me to choose the correct colour, then when I placed the order I was contacted to let me know when they would deliver and safe place to leave.
Thank you Tuda

Helpfully friendly staff, prompt delivery, not yet unrolled the artificial turf due to weather

Great price, Fast delivery and an excellent product. Transformed my garden.

Was optimistic of buying this product initially because of the price it seemed to good to be true ,but was 100% happy with the grass when it arrived , it was really good value for the price paid, the grass was as described on their website and the customer service I received was also 100%

I chose the Crete, the quality GSM of this Grass is fantastic, I would recommend this product for its quality & this company for its helpful service.

I highly recommend it. My grass looks great and is of high quality. Delivery was fast. I'm very satisfied and will definitely shop at this store again for future garden projects.

Total lack of communication after email saying “order on its way” under “tracking information”, with 3-5 working days delivery. On 5th working day I phoned to see if the artificial grass would arrive that day as builder had arrived to lay it. It hadn’t even left their warehouse in Manchester because they were waiting for “a full van”! I thought it would be sent by courier as all of my other garden products have been. Very disappointed with the lack of delivery information. It’s untrue to send an “on its way” email on a Monday and it still not have moved one inch by the Friday. I expect better in this day and age.

Excellent service from order to delivery and it’s a great product looks fab laid down . Would definitely recommend.
Had an artificial tree too that looks fab .
