Happy Customer
Ordered the watt slider larger tool drawer - amazing build quality. Issue with courier and delivery which was sorted by Janet (think that was her name!) promptly contacting the courier on our behalf and sorting out the issue immediately. Phone answered within seconds too (courier issue not Tuffbox issue but sorted for us). Would use again.

Originally ordered the micro which was…
Originally ordered the micro which was to small tuff boxes had arranged for there courier to pick it up which was a headache had to chase them to when find out when it was being picked a date given but still not picked up went back and forth like a couple of times .safe was not picked up untill 2
weeks later never got a complete refund they take about £40 for courier costs ordered the original size safe installed it into the van cheap quality to be honest lid came scratched side handle bolts were loose bolts supplied for legs were cheap wouldn't go in easy . Personally wouldn't buy again

Oh where you are in the UK the delivery company won’t deliver free of charge as the advertised “ then they look for 35£ more

Our delivery page outlines the terms of the Free Delivery offer. Your postcode is listed as an exclusion to the free offer and states a delivery surcharge would be required and to contact us before placing an order.
We got in touch to inform you of a surcharge, which you did not have to proceed with. As a result of your dissatisfaction, we’ve cancelled your order with a full refund.

Really good website with all the different size boxes, all the dimensions and a video guide about each one. I started a new job this week and it was delivered on site in London. I went for the Mega box. It suits my needs on this job perfectly. It's really well made. Highly recommend them and I would definitely use Tuffboxes again.
