after some confusion, things seem to have been settled. the fact i have some documentation denying my claim and they don't is a mystery to me but oh well. the phone number is goofy. IDK. hopefully this turns out to be a positive experience. the folks that I do talk to are very nice and listen.

This service is either most definitely NOT ready for prime-time, or else it is an outright scam. Learn from my painful experience and run the opposite way.

Good help and take care about people love them so much

They keep reminding me to let them know when I complete my interview which I need to be reminded.

From start to finish, I had a blast. Directions were clear and direct. I had never applied before and I have high hopes this attempt will be successful.

Does not know how to train properly. Pathetic workplace environment. Horrible insurance and the boss Ryan is a micro managing tyrant. Don't waste your time with this dead end scam job.
Too sum it up I was excited for this job. Then when the training was mainly just people talking about other people in the company and briefly going through what we would actually be doing and just answering questions the whole time. After 2 days of "training " I could not get my programs to work properly for 3 hours. The girl next to me tried to help but a manager or someone who's job it is to be a supervisor should have sat next to me to make sure dial up and the actual programs are working properly. None of that. At the end I was frustrated and went to talk to Ryan. Obviously not caring whatsoever and putting his hand up saying if your going to quit I dont need feed back instead of making sure I was on my programs and doing my job correctly and not sitting and waiting for things to be fixed after I already addressed them for 3 hours. Horrible company horrible management.
