Jake was so kind, helpful, and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the process answered all my questions the only negative comment is the AI and I had a hard time communicating but eventually got it right.

They were very helpful. I straight to the point and gave me all the information I needed.

The overall experience was amazing my advocate was polite courteous and patient and Jake my AI assistant was it was almost like speaking to a real person he was compassionate and I know that sounds weird but sure enough I just over my experience was very stress free thank you turn out

So far I’ve had the best and easy experience with my case worker. Shayla is absolutely amazing and has helped me out more than she will ever know.
