They cancelled the flight. They didn't give me proper notice, didn't reserve new tickets, and their hotline is terribly responsive. No one even answers emails on weekends. They haven't refunded the tickets yet. Apparently, this company is a scam, as they don't operate properly.

I travelled with TUS Airways from Larnaca to Tel Aviv on 6 October 2025 (flight U8 108) and encountered a highly unprofessional and misleading practice.
At Larnaca airport I was forced to weigh my backpack together with my laptop as one item, which clearly contradicts TUS Airways’ own published policy and standard industry practice. Based on this, I was charged for alleged excess weight at €8 per kg — even though the airline’s website on that very day stated €5 per kg and allowed a free personal item.
When I pointed this out to the duty manager and showed him the official website screenshot, he ignored my protest and still demanded payment. I later submitted a detailed formal complaint to TUS management, attaching all evidence. More than two weeks have passed and the company has provided no response whatsoever.
To make matters worse, shortly after my complaint, TUS retroactively changed its website terms to match its position — a practice that is misleading and unfair to passengers.
Instead of addressing legitimate complaints, the airline seems focused on suppressing negative reviews. Both at the airport and afterwards, my concerns were dismissed and ignored.
Passengers should be aware that TUS Airways does not appear to respect its own published policies, nor does it respond when challenged.
Tos requires its customers to pay twice for their luggage. Once at home and once at the airport. Disappointment
I flew from Tel Aviv to Cyprus today. Even though I ordered and paid for 2 suitcases, I was charged for them again at the airport. I would like to receive an explanation as to why they asked me to pay twice.

They delayed us by many hours, then flew us to Larnaca (we had booked Paphos), from where we had to travel by BUS to Paphos , which got us to our destination 8 hours late. They don't answer mails, messages, phone. NOTHING! It's an absolute scabdal that they are allowed to operate

Je n'ai jamais vu une compagnie aussi peu respectueuse et en retard. Aucune information n'est donné, le retard est de minimum 2h, baladé de gate en gate sans personne pour nous donner une information. Une honte.
tragic delays with little explination
I have flown with Tus Airways from Tel Aviv to Rome and back, and both times the experience was extremely disappointing.
On both flights there were delays of over 4 hours. On the outbound flight to Rome, we were at least notified about the delay around 12 hours in advance. However, on the return flight (scheduled for 17:50), the departure was pushed back until 22:19. We only received warning of the delay about 20 minutes before boarding was supposed to begin, even though it was clear the aircraft to take us had not even left Tel Aviv yet.
In addition, the baggage check-in procedures at both airports were severely understaffed and very poorly organized, leading to long, chaotic lines.
Overall, I found Tus Airways unreliable and disorganized, and would strongly hesitate before booking with them again.

Completely unacceptable
Our experience with TUS Airways flight U8106 from Larnaca to Tel Aviv today (21 August 2025) was nothing short of appalling. The flight was heavily delayed, and in the end we were pushed onto a later flight with very little communication or support from the airline. The whole process at the airport was complete bedlam. Disorganized, stressful, and handled with no professionalism.
To make matters even worse, upon arrival in Tel Aviv all of our suitcases were left behind. The Moore and Apter families have been left stranded without any of our luggage, with no clear answers from the airline. We are completely stuck, with none of our belongings, and no proper assistance has been offered. Young children have no change of clothing, and vital required luggage has been lost.
This situation is utterly unacceptable. It has caused huge inconvenience and distress, and we expect much better treatment from an airline. We will update this review once (and if) our luggage eventually arrives, but for now we cannot recommend TUS Airways to anyone.

Worst ever airline. Checked in online but still waited over an hour in check in line at airport because they said we have to only to find put that they wanted to weigh my trolley and backpack too. Made me pay for 1 extra kilo even though I already paid extra in advance for the bag. Old plane and terrible service to boot. Avoid at all cost!

Shocking. They change departure time. I purchased a classic ticket. Which allows me to cancel. You can only email them. I emailed them 5 times no response. So far they are holding £518 of my money.
Refund not received
I purchased flight tickets with TUS Airlines to Paphos, for the dates June 19-22, flights U8156 and U8153. Booking number 2521525A. The flight was cancelled by the company. All my attempts to receive a refund for the cancellation, over the past month and a half, have failed.
I am not receiving any response from the company.

Worst Airline Experience – Hidden Fees and Inhumane Customer Service!
We had an absolutely horrific experience flying with Tus Airways on July 10th, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers.
We were flying to Larnaca with our 3-month-old baby. At the airport, we were suddenly charged ₪1965 (!!!) — for what? For a name change (we were never notified this would be an issue) and for a ticket for our INFANT, who doesn’t even require a seat and was sitting on us the entire flight.
Nowhere during the booking process was there a clear option or explanation about adding an infant or the potential cost. If there was – it was buried so deep or so badly designed that we simply didn’t see it, and we’re not first-time travelers.
But the worst part wasn’t the money. It was the way we were treated. The attitude at the check-in desk was cold, rude, and completely lacking in empathy. They saw us – exhausted parents with a 3-month-old baby – and didn’t lift a finger to help or explain. Just a robotic “you have to pay, or you don’t fly.”
We tried contacting Tus Airways customer service later – what a joke. No response, no accountability, no effort to resolve anything. Completely nonexistent service.
This is not how you treat customers. And this is certainly not how you treat a young family traveling with a newborn.
We will never, ever fly with Tus Airways again and I strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to be blindsided with absurd charges and treated like garbage.
Tus Airways: Shame on you.
