The support team have been fantastic…

The support team have been fantastic and always quick to respond. Kieran and Michael were especially helpful, took the time to understand my requirements, and provided great support on both occasions. Couldn’t fault the experience.

BIK.

I found all the call handlers I have spoken with, really informative and helpful. They matched the vehicle to suit my needs, lifestyle and budget. They explained what BIK meant for me and we looked at lower BIK cars across the amount of years I was going to have the car for, to suit my budget. I have only given 4 stars, as I haven't had delivery yet, but I am hoping this will be seamless.

I managed to cancel a pending order…

I managed to cancel a pending order easily, when I ordered a used car due to no stock of new, of the one I wanted. I then checked back 3 days later and there were new stock in, which was also cheaper for the same car, so they happily cancelled my first order and placed a new order which saved me about £100 a month.

Ordered an in stock car and delivery is just getting further and further away so not ideal as this was the reason I ordered a stock car to get it a little faster

Slow and poor customer service

The overall process has been much slower than expected. The biggest issue has been customer service— resolve through emails suggested to be the better option when I called the customer service team, but responses to emails are taking close to 10 days, which makes it very difficult to resolve anything efficiently. Hopefully, this is something they can improve, as it really impacts the overall experience.
