During the on-line ordering process Vicki was very helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and sought out answers to questions she didn’t know. I can’t comment on the delivery process or the product itself as I was given a delivery date of 8 - 10 weeks out....but I was made aware of this before placing my order.

Pam was very helpful. I had been told the day before by someone named John that I had to submit a tax exempt form (I was ordering a table for a school district) with it filled specifically for the company before I could proceed with my order. I did this and waited 24 hours for a response, but got nothing. So I tried to order again and resubmitted the form in the chat. While Pam couldn't get the tax removed (at least I assume that), she was able to get a discount applies that equaled the tax. She worked hard to get the order taken care of for me.
