Provided to me the best customer experience I had in many years. He was very professional and courteous. He helped with the entire purchase process.

I reached out 4 times and Ariana was the only one who actually helped me. I provided her the info that she needed and she took care of me in less than 5 minutes. I think I wasted at least 1 hour with just one person alone prior. Ariana was great and her customer service was exceptional.

I ordered 9 pc Vendome formal dining table set. My furniture Arrived with lots of nicks and dents and chipped veneer and center leaf was damaged outside my door upon accidental fall of the delivery guy and it has been 3 weeks of no action by the sales and post sales team. they have been trying to contact delivery folks for accidental damage even though all pictures and annotations on delivery receipt have been submitted. I need to return for full refund but no responseI would not recommend these folks bragging of their accolades and awards

John was very helpful making my purchase a breeze. He was able to give me information as to my credit card and even asked if I needed more credit. He made sure I was award of the other things that was offered with the delivery service. He truly made my shopping experience wonderful and I will be definitely shopping again in the future once I receive my nightstand and tall chest. You need more people like John to work for your company. He is phenomenal!
