We weren't sure what we needed for our Dachshund but Hollie at 2&4 was extremely helpful, the product we ordered arrived quickly and is very good.

I bought the ICANDOR Peek-a-Boo Cross-Body Pet Carrier and matching Cosy Cushion, and am so glad I did. It was no small consideration as it is expensive, but it's so well designed and made - much more so than cheaper dog bags I've had over the years - that it's worth it. I bought the smallest size (M), which is perfect for my (slightly portly) standard size chihuahua, who's getting on in years and has epilepsy. The bag's built to last but is still attractive and comfy for pupper, and it's so well thought out - it has everything you could possibly want. Delivery was quick, despite it being Black Friday, and 2&4 Pets' customer service was really helpful too (I couldn't find a voucher code for extra off, did a live chat, and they responded quickly and gave me it).

As a dachshund owner it’s a struggle to find a coat that covers the entire lengthy back, fits the deep chest and the skinny neck…
Alas, fellow dachshund owners THIS is the place to go!
I purchased the fleece lined raincoat and the quality is FANTASTIC, sizing is as described and perfect for my sausage boy. Delivery was quick and was packaged well. What more can you possibly ask for. I will be coming back for a warm fleece next! 😊

Dog travel backpack…
I’d been looking for a backpack like this for ages and had as I wanted it for more off-road adventures with my older dog. Dispatch was really quick and the team were super responsive to queries. . Unfortunately my little girl isn’t so little and didn’t quite fit in the backpack, which is a shame because it’s really well made. Great quality and a great company to deal with.

We’d love to gently clarify what happened.
When your order was first dispatched, we did unfortunately send out the wrong colour — a genuine error on our side. As we found out the next day, we sent the correct item immediately in hopes of making things right as quickly as possible and for you to receive your order asap.
When that second parcel arrived, it seems there was a misunderstanding and you believed this replacement was also incorrect.
While it was the correct item, we completely understand how confusing things must have felt — and we’re really sorry if our follow-ups didn’t ease that for you.
To minimise any inconvenience, we offered a free return collection (as we do for all returns) and a discount for the correct item as a gesture of apology. While our intention was always to help, we respect that this didn’t meet your expectations in the end.
At 2&4 Pets, we care deeply about every order, pet and their human. We’re still a small team and sometimes, honest mistakes happen — but we always strive to take full responsibility and make it right wherever we can!
This was a rare misstep, not the norm. We remain committed to thoughtful service, packaging, and quality items you (and your stylish pup) can feel good about. ❤️

We completely understand how difficult it can be to find a suitable collar for breeds with such a unique body shape — long, slender bodies combined with small, delicate necks can make sizing particularly tricky.
While we provide detailed dimensions on our product page to help guide choices, we appreciate that it’s not always easy to predict how a product will perform for a special breed like yours.
In cases like this, some customers have found combining a soft recovery collar with a traditional plastic cone helps — using the soft collar as a comfortable cushion while relying on the plastic cone’s length for better wound protection.

Fantastic selection of good looking and highly functional dog accessories
Absolutely love all the bits I’ve bought from 2&4 pets- it’s all been Icandor and I find that the brand is well thought out, cosmetically pleasing and highly functional- if you have a small(ish) dog I cannot recommend the harness, dumpling bag and rucksack highly enough, a pleasure to use, the rucksack is just fantastic ( I have bigger dogs that I walk for miles and the little one has bad knees so he can hop in and out on longer walks or when it’s raining. Amazing customer service. I look forward to shopping with them again.

wide variety of styles, excellent quality, and great service
I’ve always had a hard time finding the right clothes for my dogs, worrying about material and sizing issues. But here, I can get quick answers to all my concerns. I bought some jumpsuits and pullovers, and every single piece is amazing! I even gifted some to my friends, and they love them too. Now, I no longer have to worry about my dogs not having the right clothes to stay warm when the weather changes!
