Nadat bij de koeriersdienst mijn pakketje op een of andere manier kwijtgeraakt was ben ik super goed geholpen geworden door de klantenservice van TW Steel.
Zij hebben alles geregeld met de koeriersdienst en ik hoefde daar zelf niet achteraan. Ze hebben me steeds netjes en vriendelijk op de hoogte gehouden via de mail, en ik heb een aantal keer een zeer vriendelijke medewerker aan de telefoon gehad. Ze hebben alles netjes opgelost en mij zelfs een nieuw horloge gestuurd.

Being an avid fan of the Isle of Man TT and living on the Island, i pushed the boat out and purchased a TT watch for my sons 40th Birthday. I wasn’t sure how this would look as following an email and such a quick response i placed my order. The watch has just been delivered and WOW, I'm so impressed with not only the watch but the presentation box this came in. I'm so please with this and also with the customer service which was outstanding and answered my query’s promptly and were personal in reply. Well done and thank you Sanne. I didn’t have the best experience due to FedEx marking my package as delivered when I hadn’t received it. I contacted TW, and they immediately shipped me a replacement watch via express shipping at no extra cost. Within just two days, I had the replacement watch delivered to me in the UK.

The customer service was amazing, and I can’t fault the quality of their watches. I own about five TW watches, and one of them is around 12 years old and still works perfectly.

Based on both their outstanding customer support and the durability of their products, I 100% recommend this brand.

Amazing service as ever, great watches and matching customer service.

I've worked on the Isle Of Man TT for the last 2 years as a camera operator for the stream/TV coverage. I promised myself a treat last year and decided to buy a TT watch.....however never got round to it. So in my taxi from the airport this year I bought one. Wow do I regret not buying it last year!!! I absolutely love it, apart from the memories it brings of working on such a great event the design is class, Ive never a watch before that people have commented on, only had it just over a week and must have had 7 or 8 comments already (ok, one was my Mum!) It's great quality and I was very surprised by the weight, I have absolutely no regrets buying this stunning piece.

FYI, I purchased this watch for the full price and even though I worked on the TT have no affiliation with T W Steel.

Ich habe mehrere TW Steel Uhren, eine davon ist auf einmal stehen geblieben, auch nachdem ich die Batterie gewechselt hatte. Dann habe ich Kontakt mit dem Service aufgenommen, der sofort FedEx organisiert hat die Uhr zur Reparatur einzuschicken.
Während der Reparaturzeit wurde ich vom Service immer hervorragend über den Stand informiert, auch als die Uhr wieder zurück geschickt wurde.
Ich war mit der Abwicklung sehr zufrieden !

Have used tw steel many times. Always had great customer service. I recently ordered a new strap and customer service from Sanne was excellent throughout my transaction who helped me choose correct strap and also sorted out issue regarding delivery. Excellent customer service. This is why I love TW Steel. Great watches backed up by excellent customer service. Well done guys

Na een bestelling te hebben gedaan bij een van de TW dealers en deze bestelling langer duurde dan verwacht heeft TWSteel ons goed en behulpzaam te woord gestaan.

I sent a new watch to TW Steel for repair. Fortunately—or unfortunately—it was just the battery. Due to what was apparently a very high volume of repairs, it took quite a long time. BUT: The communication was excellent. My contact person, Ms. De Vries, took great care of me, was extremely friendly, and always kept me updated. That was really great and is not common these days, when you can’t seem to reach anyone anywhere. I always felt very well taken care of and always received a prompt response.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame service. Het heeft wel "lang" geduurd voordat mijn horloge gemaakt was ( ruim 3-4 maanden) ivm drukte. Ik moest daar een paar x over mailen. Dat zouden ze als service beter vanuit hunzelf kunnen doen. De klant op de hoogte houden ipv dat de klant moet contacten met de vraag wat de status is.

Ich will eine Uhr zurückgeben, da sie nicht der Abbildung entspricht. Bisher habe ich TW Steel dreimal per Mail und über die Internetseite kontaktiert, aber nach 5 Tagen immer noch keine Antwort oder Rücksendelabel bekommen. Um so ärgerlicher, da sie bereits mit PayPal bezahlt ist.

Sehr einfacher und guter Bestellvorgang. Lieferung unverzüglich ! Kundendienst hat eine Frage meinerseits innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet.

J'ai envoyé une montre TW STEEL 606B A1GP à remettre en état, c'est une montre qui était remis au pilote qui avait gagné la course lors du championnat du monde A1GP, et qui est gravé de la date et de la victoire sur le circuit en question. Donc un modèle unique que m'avait offert mon pilote, Neel Jani, après ça, victoire à Kyalami.(J'étais le chef mécanicien de l'équipe).
Je l'avais beaucoup abîmé, je l'ai porté comme une montre à 30 € alors qu'à l'époque le modèle équivalent non gravé coûtait plusieurs centaines d'euros en 2009, et donc elle ne ressemblait plus à rien.
Puis j'ai acheté une nouvelle montre série Mansell,( magnifique !) et je leur ai demandé s'il était possible de restaurer ma montre. Ils m'ont demandé de leur envoyer, en me fournissant une étiquette de frais de port, et il me l'on retourné 3 ou 4 semaines plus tard comme neuve. Ils ont fait un travail incroyable sur cette montre qui était dans un état lamentable et qui est maintenant neuve. Cette montre là est la première TW STEEL que j'ai eu, maintenant j'en ai deux, bientôt trois, ce sont des montres très agréables à porter, très bien fini, très classe, au design reconnaissable immédiatement. D'ailleurs ils ont été récompensés plusieurs fois pour leur design unique.
Je tiens vraiment à insister sur le service qui a été rendu, je leur ai envoyé une montre qui avait 17 ans et qui était ruiné et les artistes de chez TW STEEL ont fait un travail de restauration exceptionnel. Je ne suis pas sûr que tous les fabricants de montres aient le même service.
Une chose qui est aussi remarquable, c'est la passion des personnes qui fabriquent ces montres, on partage la passion des montres et du travail bien fait, et dans le cas de cette collection, de la course automobile. C'est pas juste un service après-vente classique, ce sont des gens passionnés par ce qu'ils font et par conséquent le font bien. Très bien .
Ça donne un produit fini d'une très grande qualité, très agréable à porter et reconnaissable immédiatement.
Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la marque, il faut savoir que vous pouvez trouver des modèles et il y en a beaucoup pour le prix d'une montre en plastique qui fabrique aussi des voitures , voire moins cher mais avec un design et un rendu global d'une autre catégorie.
Je vous recommande chaleureusement d'aller jeter un œil sur leur site internet. Vous serez surpris par la variété, le design, et le prix de ces montres magnifiques.

I own 2 TW Steel watches . One is over 8 years old and i order straps from time to time.
My new purchase in November 2025 stopped working and i was disapointed .The level of care Sanne has shown on this has been brilliant . From getting the package picked up despite the complexity . I am also sure it will be fixed and i have it back in perfect condition soon . DANK JE WEL SANNE !! JP from Lagos
