TW Steel were great
TW Steel were great, I asked for the info to get my watch serviced. Within a short time I had ll the information and labels to send my watch off.
The interaction with Sofia was excellent, keeping me informed of when I would expect mt watch to be returned.
There was a slight delay in the watch arriving back, but no major issues as the shipping company also kept me fully informed.
The cost of the whole service and postage costs were very reasonable.

Ik had de verkeerde band besteld
Ik had de verkeerde band besteld, maar één mailtje was voldoende om de juiste band-gemonteerd en wel-per post te ontvangen en mbv een retoursticker de verkeerde band terug te sturen. Mailcontact was top, vragen werden snel beantwoord, fijne manier van werken bij TW Steel.

Voortreffelijk geholpen
Het contact kwam moeilijk op gang maar als je eenmaal de juiste persoon hebt dan loopt het gesmeerd. Ik wil Jan de Vries bedanken die mij op voortreffelijke wijze geholpen heeft. Ik ben dik tevreden!

New customer for life
I had bought a used TW Steel watch on Ebay with the understanding it was working. It was not. I reached out to TW Steel to inquire about repairs. I worked with Jan de Vries, who was OUTSTANDING! I was sent a call tag and once they received it they quoted the repairs. Once I approved the repairs it was a quick turnaround and I received my watch I brand new condition. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and have found a new watch brand for life.
