Swollen Battery Delivered

Very disappointed in service provided by Ubuy.
I have ordered a battery for MacBook Pro mid 2012, order N 4116760212.
First, the time frame was not followed.
Second, the battery delivered to me was swollen. Now my trackpad will not work, as the battery will not allow it.
If the battery is swollen, it doesn't matter how well it's working (or not); it needs to be replaced. Period. A swollen battery indicates that gasses are building up inside due to the chemical reactions no longer working correctly. The condition will only get worse, and can eventually be catastrophic; you remember the Galaxy Note 7 debacle? Yeah, they can quite literally explode.
That's not all that likely to happen with a slightly swollen battery, but care does need to be taken in handling it.
But these guys from Ubuy keep me asking plenty of questions, send them the pictures, videos, or send the battery back to them, and once received, they will reimburse me the costs.
I needed a good battery first, and second how can I trust you after all, guys?
Very embarrassing and disappointing. Will avoid by any means dealing with Ubuy company ever again.

Paid for express shipping and never received it
Paid for express shipping, they then messed up the order and tried to cancel it. Then they blamed the supplier for the confusion and now the items is delayed by an additional 2 weeks, to the point the order is no longer needed. Avoid this company, so far my order has been cancelled and now seems to be lost

Shopping online has never been so accessible and affordable. Especially before I found this website.
There are some troubles with delivery and shipping, sometimes there are clients who even claimed about loss of their packages, but nevertheless I haven't lost anything even though the delivery was quite... long.
Still I bought some sport nutrition out here and it wasn't super urgent for me to gem them right away. I understood that there might be logistic troubles, so everything was okay.

Easy to search find needed stuff! I chose them because the navigation was clearest among those website which offer similar shipping services. Moreover, I liked that conditions for shipping in whatever country I need are transparent. I just read them, then made an order and so far wait for my parcel. It must be delivered within few days, I mean... few days are left, the delivery was kinda long because I ordered from the USA.
Nonetheless, I can recommend this place for shopping.

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. They charge you an obscene amount for shipping and handling and never actually meeting the time frame. I am very much convinced this is a money laundering business. Do NOT order from this website, they will never deliver your items on time, even if the shipping you pay for says it will. You will be paying them a crazy amount to not receive your order for at least 2 weeks. And their customer service is useless, all they can provide is a generic answer that gets you no where. They will charge delivery based on the items you ordered, then when they cancel items, the amount is still the same. Do NOT order.
