It was fast and efficient and the parcel arrived in good condition. But delivery was expensive and the exchange rate not great. But I would definitely use them again for hard-to-find things.

I was not given the discount coupon and also I'm still waiting if my order has been processed they are not even contacting me or telling me if the order cancelled or refunded even I'm very old customer of ubuy n they charge so much high for customs etc.i don't even know the status of my order I don't know why they don't cancel the order and refund me if they are not able to deliver

I wish to share my recent unfortunate experience with Ubuy to alert other potential customers to the quality of their service and the product I received.
I ordered a thermometer and, to my disappointment, discovered on receipt that the batteries, which should have been wrapped in plastic, were placed inside the thermometer. This indicates that the product has already been used, despite being advertised and sold as new.
My attempts to resolve this problem were met with silence. Four days have passed since I sent my initial complaint by email and WhatsApp, and I have received no response. This is very worrying and reflects badly on Ubuy's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I also called to complain, but a representative told me to contact customer service, a dismissive response that did nothing to address my legitimate concerns.
My experience with Ubuy is a rude reminder that transparency, responsiveness, and fair treatment of customers should be key pillars of any trustworthy business. I am disappointed and frustrated, and I feel strongly that Ubuy has failed in these key areas.
If anyone from Ubuy is reading this, please contact me and rectify the situation. Your customers deserve better, and it's never too late to put things right.

The worst online retailer out there
The worst online retailer out there. I placed order worth of 190 $ including hefty charges for customs, got delivery of 2 products out of 4 (value 19 $) and cancellation on other 2 remaining products with reimbursement, however ubuy stole 70$ for customs on 19$ product value. Shame and embarrassment. When inquiring about adjusting the balance reply was “ going further we will not be assisting you”. Never again!
