Excellent company to deal with
We wanted to renew with UGP because they are not pushy, they give you time to look over the quote and we have dealt with them now for over 2 years now and cannot fault them. We dealt with Tim for the renewal and I cannot fault him, very friendly, helpful and doesn't keep bothering you!!

New energy supply
I have been dealing with Tom Broughton who is our account manager. He has been efficient, and communication brilliant, in setting up our new electrical supply on our new site. It was quick, easy, no problems at all. When ever I had an issue, I'd call his number direct, he would answer right away and sort it out, nothing was too much trouble, friendly and supportive.
I do recommend UGP for your energy requirements for your business.

Unlike some other organisations who were invited to quote, contacting Regan, and the UGP team has been easy, my questions answered quickly and I have been kept up to date with progress on our swap to them. Great customer service
Quite often customer service from energy suppliers is poor, this is not the case with UGP. Sonia called me within 15 minutes of my email asking for help, she was knowledgeable and efficient and within no time had resolved the issue completely. After sales is often an after thought with Companies, with UGP the customer service is excellent.

AmazonTom M has been nothing but amazing…
Tom M has been nothing but amazing since the start of my contact with UPG. Not only did he help with the switchover from my previous supplier but even went out of his way to sort out a discrepancy with my previous supplier that would have took me weeks to sort! Not only has Tom given me a new contract with great rates! He has also provided me with peace of mind! Could not recommend this company enough and the customer service is 11/10!
