So far so good...the delivery was quick as soon as item was available. The printer hasn't given an problems yet(I don't hope it does too). Product is sturdy and easy to use. Setup was a breeze. I recommend this product for your 3D printing needs.

A little confusing on pricing & discounts, but that was resolved. The "special offer" turned out to be less than spectacular (it's going to take a long time to work through 4kg of black PLA) but the delivery, price and performance of the Centauri Carbon 2 were very good, and after a few weeks I am still very happy with the device.

Excellent printer at a great price I'm really enjoying learning how to use it.

As advertised. Quick delivery.

I was originally going to put a one star when I first recieved the product simply because the delivery was AWFUL and yet the simplicity of setup and ease of use absolutely made up for it. I ordered the Neptune 4 and 3x 1kg spools of PLA filament. The 3 spools came quickly (through royal mail) with no issue. The printer itself however was far worse. I was told it would be delivered during the day while I was out at work, and I didn't want any chance of it getting stolen due to its value so I selected for it to go to an InPost locker. InPost never stopped me from selecting the locker as an option, despite the fact they MUST have known the size of the parcel when I chose this option. I then recieved an email that it had been delivered to the locker, I went to pick it up, and was forced to download the app, just to be told it wasn't there. I had to call the helpdesk just for them to say that it was too large to be left in the locker, even though I was sent an email that it had been done fine. I was then told I could either go and pick it up from the next city over (30 mins drive away) or it would be sent back to ELEGOO. Thus, I had to drive half an hour away just to pick it up. Once I got it though, within a few hours I had set it up succesfully and it was working perfectly. It came with a USB drive with a video of the setup, online documents of the setup (also included printed versions in box), print files that I could use to ensure it was working, and a download for all software needed to print. Because of this pure ease of use, I believe it redeemed itself, despite the absolute hassle of delivery. If ELEGOO were to change from InPost to another courier, it would 100% be a 5 star review. If you are buying a printer, do NOT select for it to be sent to a locker.

Elegoo are fantastic. Products are excellent in both performance and value and customer service has been historically excellent too.

So why only 4 Stars?

Because they use Yodel to deliver their products which I can only assume is a cost based decision.

I finally have my purchases but only after complaining as I was given someone else´s parcel and then when my own parcel was delivered it was to the wrong address!

I Am not overly happy. I am still in communication about my problem. But I do not think that the 5%discount of next filament order is a suitable reimbursement for the fact I have 3 spools of the wrong colour.

Filament from Elagoo has always worked well and the cardboard reels work well in my AMS pro

I am new to 3d Printing .i bought my filament from bambu lab but the ELGOO filament is just a good so my preference will be ELEOO filament in the future .many thanks George

Can you please help me, I plugged in the curing station and it only works when I put my hand next to the power supply ? Is this normal, I have video too show what going on

Ordering on the website was very straight forward. I received notifications on the order status. It arrived on time and was very well packaged

Had my order split into 2 deliveries and waited over 2 weeks and STILL had nothing but a RM tracking number that didn't work and a Yodel one that just showed "we have your parcel".

2 weeks with no notification or expected delivery is a joke! Order cancelled & i'm going to Bambu

Printer arrived in a few days and all bits in the box. Box bit scratched and scuffed as though had been thrown around by the couriers a bit, but all seems okay. Took a bit longer to set up than suggested, but most of the instructions clear. Packets for screws labelled clearly.
Only a very small bit of Filament as a sample so make sure you buy a full roll role as well. - I am sure most people will anyway. The only reason not a 5 is that the set up instructions are very brief and I had a red flashing warning light on the filament feeder indicating something wrong ( had jammed) and there was no quick beginners guide to trouble shooting in the booklet and even on the website it was difficult to find. I was not sure if I could just unload and reload the filament to clear it or how I cleared/cleaned the printhead. I did not have internet access where the printer was so I had to keep going back in to the house and looking up and then back out to the printer to try and work out issue which was just a bit frustrating especially when the excitement from a little boy of getting something printed was beginning to wain.
