Elegoo ordering experience was really good. Kept me up to date about delivery of items.

Firstly when I made my order I was unsure of how long it would have taken to arrive, but it was shipped really quickly and the delivery company estimated it would be with me by the Wednesday and it actually arrived on the Tuesday which I was very impressed with as I had only ordered it late Saturday night. I was able to get a very reasonably priced printer and so far I have not had any issues with it. The assembly was easy and there was always the option to ask for help amd advice although I didn't need any it was good to have the option.

Requested solution to Centauri Carbon print coming of bed skewed. i.e. not square by 0.2mm over 100mm measured length. Measured 2 adjacent coners of square part. After sending more details as requested, I have recieved no reply or help.
I am happy with the printer but need this concern rectified.

Items arrived quickly and in good condition. I've been using Elegoo products for several years now and the one time I did have a problem the support I received was excellent.

Excellent service and the centauri carbon is a FANTASTIC machine

The printer does exactly what it says on the tin! However there are very many options available on the Slicer and as yet I have been unable to determine the correct settings for smooth flat surfaces.

Quick delivery, easy set up for out of the box use. Within an hour of opening the box I had printed the test boat. Brilliant

3d printer was apparently delivered to my doorstep ( never received it )
Although I took out the insurance with 3rd party company I am yet to resolve the situation and still haven’t received refund or a replacement item 10 days later , my son now has over £150 worth of filament for his birthday but no printer to use them on ,

Quick delivery, well packaged and works excellent, had it unpacked and printing in 20mins, thinking of buying a 2nd one. Excellent value for the money

I have changed this review from 1 star to 5. My order initially never turned up . They used yodel , who are absolutely awful. It sat in the delivery depot for a week ( tracked) and was the. sent back to elegoo. Elegoo resolved this immediately by sending another printer using DPD who are an excellent delivery company. The printer arrived the next day. So far it is brilliant and my friends and family cant believe the quality of the printer you get for such a good price. I am very happy with the printer and really I.pressed with customer service

I recently purchased the Centauri Carbon 2 and have been really impressed with the printer, especially as it performs as well or better than some costing 3 times as much. I had a few small issues with it (as can be expected) and found the customer service very responsive. I would highly recommend their products and will buy again soon.

First time of using Elegoo replacement parts. I am a new to 3d printing and totally amazed at the out of the box experience with Elegoo Centauri Carbon 3d printer. The issue arose due to my inability to check, monitor software, causing filament nozzle to drive into the magnetic plate, snapping the filament off.
Head over to the Elegoo spares page and ordered a replacement filament, late in the afternoon, past any packing or dispatching. Surprisingly, it was picked and dispatched that evening and was delivered, 48 hours later which was very impressive.

Bought a Neptune 4 Max and love it! Item arrived quickly along with all the extras I ordered too. Condition was perfect and it went together easily. Been printing from it ever since. I actually ended up buying a Saturn 4 16k with Mercury Plus v3.0 shortly afterwards and the experience was just as good (despite courier mix up but that was not Elegoo's fault). Have loved printing with them both and even had excellent support from Elegoo with a small part that was missing from the Mercury Plus v3.0, they instantly shipped out a replacement without question. Will be buying from Elegoo again when I fancy an upgrade in the future
