Order was fine, delivery was quick, but that's where it went wrong. After sales is none existent. I have tried to contact them 4 times relating to advice needed and nothing. Very poor.

Bought the centauri carbon2, first week of having it,as a beginner to 3D printing.easy to unbox,setup,and budget wise too,my first 3d print was the benchy and made a couple other things,only problem i had was trying to bind the printer to my phone,after turning it off over night and back on managed to sort that out, oh and thank you elegoo for the free gift the 2 reels of pla silk filament much appreciated

So easy and straightforward to use. Set up was easy and my son was printing some fun designs the same day.

Quick delivery, just three days. Well packaged. Easy to set up with included usb stick. Very first print worked fine and 4 times faster than old ender 3. Not so obvious how to link up with home wifi though.

Swift and efficient service. 3d printer received in great condition. Very well packaged with a Notification printed on the box to keep packaging in the event that a Return of product is necessary. Device works flawlessly out of the box. This is my 2nd Elegoo printer.

So simple to deal with. Rapidly resent out item after Yodel messed up the delivery. Parcel force delivery was sweet as a nut. Can't recommend enough

I’ve just bought the Elegoo Centauri Carbon, my first 3d printer. I’d been delaying the purchase of a 3D printer until they were more affordable. This printer has performed brilliantly straight out the box, even for a 70 year old grandma.

Unfortunately my delivery was by Yodel, so it was left outside in the rain, in full view of any passers by, with no notification it had arrived.

I bought a Saturn 4 16k Ultra as I wanted to get into 3D printing as it will help me with some of my gaming needs.
Early into my use, due to being a novice, I had a lead with permeated the machine which I understand and accept is user error.

Since then I have been going back and forth for MONTHS with the support team just trying to get it up and running again
The lack of a phone number or ability to talk to someone is a big loss.

I am close to buying another machine from someone else and sacrifice the investment I made into this because of how poor their support is

My product came damaged, the box was ripped and the entire front door smashed in.
The customer service department have been anything but helpful, originally refused to send me a new one and just wanted to send a door, theres literally glass in all elements of the machine.

Purchased the Centauri Carbon online from Elegoo on a Saturday evening and it was delivered the following Tuesday.
Well pleased with the whole process.
