Really impressed with delivery, arrived on time and undamaged, the machine itself has blown me away. upgraded from old GEEETECH A10 and it is like night and day...

Printer arrived very quickly, after a 20 minute self test it was running out abs prints flawlessly.

Amazing product, great response times & very helpful support team - the CC prints with incredible accuracy and can be trusted to get the job done.

Delivery was goood. And I have it on my desk and the thing looks awesome. Just gotta fire it up now :)
Bought some filament from 3 different manufacures just to compare. Hope they bring out an AMS system for this printer ,,but i doubt it ....but overall mucho cheaper than the Bambu P1s ..which has AMS but lotta more exspensive..

The equipment is excellent as is the customer service.
1 point lost because some equipment isn't available for all products eg no enclosure for the neptune max.
And no automatic vat deduction when equipment is exported though it is possible to reclaim it.

Very fast delivery. Brought a centaui Carbon and 2 rolls of filament on December 22nd and all arrived on 24th. The printer is awesome and the PLA+ prints a dream. Not tried the TPU 95 yet.

I am a newcomer to 3d printing but I use 3d CAD.
I had a couple of questions regarding set up and these were answered comprehensively by the support team.
For the money, this machine is unbeatable and the user interface is superb. I have used it with TPU for making pcb encapsulation moulds and with PLA - C for making coil bobbins with excellent results.
This has been a great purchase for my work. Well done Elegoo.

Very disappointed that it doesent even turn on, today of all days. Zero support, zero effort. Will be returning this 3d printer for a refund. Terrible company. One very dissapointed child due to these not checking items are working before they send things out.

I have been a loyal Elegoo customer since 2017, purchasing a new printer almost every year, along with screens and vats throughout that time.

Recently, my first-generation Mars 5 required a replacement screen, which I was happy to purchase. However, the screen I received was assembled the wrong way around. I provided Elegoo support with multiple photos clearly showing the issue. Instead of receiving help, I was blamed and told that I must have installed the screen incorrectly.

I explained that this was impossible due to the wiring, grooves, and cable lengths, which physically prevent the screen from being installed the wrong way without it protruding. In my photos, the screen sat perfectly flush, which should have made this obvious.

This “blame the customer first” approach that Elegoo seems to take is disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a long-term customer. As a result, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck, Elegoo you’ll need it.
