I ordered 5 random reels of PLA 3D printer filament and received 5 reels of brown. Their website indicated they would be different colours. Also, the prices quoted of 5 reels of the same colour was £10 less than 5 random colours. The company refused to change them. I will not be buying from them again.

I recently ordered 10kg of black PLA+ from Elegoo and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The delivery was exceptionally fast — far quicker than expected — and everything arrived well packaged and ready to go.

The print quality is outstanding. The filament runs smoothly, gives a beautiful consistent finish, and best of all there’s zero stringing. Layer adhesion is spot on and it’s been rock solid across multiple long prints.

This is easily some of the best PLA+ I’ve used, especially for larger print volumes where consistency really matters. I’ll 100% be ordering again.

Great item at a great price and really fast delivery.

The power switch PCB got faulty on my elegoo mars 4.

Even though I was a couple months out of warranty (14 months old printer), Elegoo kindly sent me a replacement for free.

It showed up within a couple weeks, and support responded quickly and was very pleasant.

I would highly recommend Elegoo for resin 3d printers.

The ordering process was quick and easy. All of my items arrived speedily and without issue. I’m loving my new printer!

Ordering was good got a good idea of what I wanted from looking at website
HOWEVER delivery was a different entity.. arrived more than 24 hours late due to Yodels inability to update customers

I have only received one of three parcels. Response from Elegoo sofar is you try and find them!! Not helpful. They are not able to provide proof they were delivered, even though my surveillance system shows nothing was delivered on the day. They don't seem to believe me. I haven't opened the printer that was delivered as I intend to send it back if the other boxes don't arrive. Very poor customer service so far. I hope it improves soon.

I like Elegoo's purchase experience, I just wish they would extend their deals onto other Elegoo run sales platforms as well, as Black Friday deal was awesome, but their own shop under Amazon was a woopin £70 more for the centauri carbon. I love the printer though, and will reccomend, as long as you're going for single colour printing...

Great printer and wash/cure unit. Wonderful offer prices and even extra resin. Can’t fault that really. Arrived quickly from a UK warehouse. Can definitely recommend them.

Love the products I've recently bought a saturn 4, large wash and cure, and centauri carbon the postage for those items I didn't have a problem with but charging £11 postage on a £16 hot end is not fair. I regularly send items on ebay and a royal mail 48hr tracked up to 2kg (nowhere near the weight of a hotend) only costs £3.39 so I don't see the need for £11

I bought this Centauri Carbon as a second printer as the price was just so good. Well it's now in prime position and is far superior to my Flashforge Adv pro.
Out of the box it was up and running in seconds - flawless prints that simply blow the other printer out of the water.
Great build qulaity and superb 1st layers - some stunning prints without any real tweaks.
I am considering buying another as it's simply great value for money.

I have not received my order, a Neptune 4 PLus 3D printer.
I also purchased the worry free purchase for an extra £5.19 so that "Seal" would handle any delivery problems
They are terrible. The live chat doesnt work as needed. They prompt me with a button that should allow me to request a refund. The button does nothing and I'm in a loop where the live agent is telling me they have refreshed the form and it should work.

I have had no updates from the vendor or the carrier or seal. Complete load of dog log.

Elegoo gave a response below saying they resolved the issue. They did not.
I took to social media and got Seal to reimburse me and then I ordered from Amazon and my order arrived within 2 days.

Bought as a gift, but delivery was very quick and there were regular delivery updates- very happy with service

I finally decided to tak ethe plunge and order a Mars 5 printer and cure station plus 1Kg of water washable resin.
The delivery came earlier than I expected. I was able to track the parcels easily. Yodel's tracking was easy to use.

This is a Christmas present, so I am not allowed (!) to actually use it until then. However, I unpacked the boxes to ensure everything was there. It was.
The packaging is strong and protected all the items well.
I like the fact that ELEGOO recommend that you keep the packaging for 30 days, in case of the need to return anything, if faulty.

Ordered a few times from here and they always dispatch very quickly. The pro filament range has been great so far after going through a number of filament reels and using different materials.

Without any explanation, the delivery company returned 1 of 2 parcels back to Elegoo. The response from Elegoo customer support was quick, and the parcel was re-despatched the very next day. Can't say anything about the goods, but the customer service deserves 5*
