Dress is not like image and it is proving extremely difficult to return

Order - SWD13350 - I ordered a wedding dress at the value of £162 and it took nearly a month to arrive, by time then i had already had to get another dress as I'm pregnant and growing and pushed for time so when it arrived I requested a return straight away. When i emailed they advised to accept a discount price and would be issues a refund of £14 because of the length of time of returns and the expense it may hold. From the start they didnt listen to me that I just wanted to return this item and get a full refund which im more than entitled too. I expressed I wasnt happy that they were trying to give me only £14 from a £162 dress! they then came back and offered £34 again didn't listen that i just wanted to return item back and I cant return until they accept it as their website states! again went back and said I wasn't happy and they came back with £48 or give to a friend or sell 2nd hand, why should i consider these when i asked from the start I would like a full refund. From what they have said and done it is illegal and trying to avoid me returning the item for full refund and making it very difficult at every opportunity. I have my wedding in 5 weeks and 13 weeks pregnant and they are causing more stress than making life easier and still not given me any instructions to return the dress, shocking customer service and days of waiting on replies etc. avoid this company as you will not get your money back!!!

I am formally requesting that you process my full refund without any further delays.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue to publicly share my experience by posting factual reviews and comments on your social media pages, Trustpilot, and other review platforms to inform other potential customers about my experience. I will also consider pursuing additional consumer protection options, including requesting a chargeback through my payment provider where applicable.

I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably and avoid taking any further action. Please confirm within 48 hours that my full refund has been processed.

I ordered a product, the reality is very different from what is presented on the website! The color, the cut, the material... everything is monstrous! I want my money back, you made fun of me!

I ordered a dress it finally arrived, it did not fit or look right, there policy if you’re not happy they will give you a full refund. I have been trying for this there response is a disgrace they offered me £23 and to keep the dress due to shipping costs.I have said no I want a full refund of £108 if not I will take the matter further there false advertising there policy I would never recommend or use this company again

Malgré les nombreuses avis négatives, j’ai fini par commander sur leur site, j’ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la robe, rien à dire le tissu doublé. La coupe est à l’identique sur la photo et la couleur également. Je recommande vivement.

J'ai commandé ma robe de mariée sur Missacc et l'expérience est un véritable cauchemar. À la réception, la robe ne correspondait absolument pas aux dimensions commandées : il manquait plusieurs centimètres au niveau de la poitrine et de la longueur, la rendant totalement importable et impossible à retoucher par un tailleur (manque de tissu).
​Le service client a d'abord nié leur erreur en m'envoyant des fiches techniques qui ressemblent à des données générées par IA, pour finir par m'opposer leur politique de "sur-mesure" et me proposer une compensation ridicule de 22 € ! C'est une insulte pour une robe de mariée défectueuse.
​J’ai dû faire intervenir Klarna pour bloquer mon paiement et forcer le service client à accepter un retour d'exception. J'ai été obligée de renvoyer le colis aujourd’hui vers la Chine à mes propres frais via Bpost (Numéro de suivi : CE641616898BE), ce qui m'a coûté 80 € de ma poche pour réparer LEUR erreur.

The biggest issue has not been the product itself, but the return and refund process. I requested a refund and was repeatedly told that customs charges would be deducted from my refund. However, despite asking several times, the company has refused to provide any receipts, invoices, or evidence showing what these customs costs actually are.

Instead, I have been asked to accept a reduced refund without being given the information needed to verify the charges. The company is effectively withholding part of my refund while refusing to justify the deduction.

Looking at other recent Trustpilot reviews, I am clearly not alone. Numerous customers report difficulties returning items, being offered partial refunds instead of proper returns, being asked to cover return shipping and customs costs, and struggling to obtain full refunds. (Trustpilot⁠)

A straightforward return should not require weeks of emails, negotiations, and repeated requests for basic documentation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone ordering from this company to carefully review the return process before purchasing.

Very poor communication. Very poor shipping process.

Returning size that doesn't fit could be easier and an email the same day or within 24hrs would be great to know how to return for piece of mind im not paying double for a dress as original size didn't fit. Besides that very good, no problems.

It has been so easy to order a tailored outfit for my sons wedding. The instructions were so easy to follow. The wedding is not until December 21st 2027, but I fell in love with the outfit and I did not want to it to go off the website. There are such beautiful Mother of the Bride / Groom outfits in every colour imaginablex
