Missacc offers some lovely dresses
Missacc offers some lovely dresses, I found my wedding dress here, but site didn't view well on iphones so I missed a click box which added an optional wrap, which even though the image shown it as part of the whole look, it was optional, which I find odd, anyway it was my mistake, so I had to re-order that part on its own. I would of given 5 stars but paying for shipping again was disappointing, on the plus side they did give me a 20% discount, so that has helped.

Easy to use site.Vast selection of colours and styles to choose from, that was the hard part!!! Prices were lower than on a comparison site with very similar dresses. Reviews I read were informative and honest.

Totally not what I ordered
I received my order 2 days ago, im extremely disappointed with the dress. its not the pink colour i ordered, the belt is missing and the material is badly crinkled. I can’t possibly wear it to my sons wedding it cost me €116

Designs look great however Customer Service not good
Designs look great. I placed two orders. First arrived too late so requested I returned. No full refund. Have to pay for postage to return. Offered 30 discount and keep. Ive then tried to cancel 2nd order which had not been despatched and guess what , itsays now despatched so unable to cancel. My opinion is buy in uk and wouldn't have these issues. Customer Service is vital in any business but this company did not provide me with any.
