Our kettle failed just out of the store 1 year guarantee period, so we approached Russell Hobbs who offered 3 years guarantee on the box. Our phone call was quickly answered, details taken & email sent with link the same day. After providing them with photos of the damage & our invoice with date of purchase, they accepted our claim & sent an email 1 day later, advising us they would send a replacement product. We were very pleased with their efficiency & concern for our case.

The response from the Russell Hobbs team, regarding the problem with my toaster, was quick and effective.
The defective toaster is being replaced with a new one, which should be with me in 3 - 5 days.
It is good to know that customer brand loyalty is still being rewarded.

I bought a kettle after 9 months it’s wasn’t working. Contacted the customer service regarding the issue and they responded very quickly. Great customer service and highly recommend product with a long warranty period.

I had an issue with my steam generator iron, the on/off button wouldn't work so I contacted the team on chat and after a few conversations my issue was resolved.

a fault developed with a kettle while under guarante,after contacting the company and explaining what had happened the item was replaced and a pleasent email was sent to me.

The whole experience was straightforward. My blender developed a fault during use. I contacted RH and the matter was dealt with professional and efficiently.

The bowl of my mini chopper had cracked after 18 months and was no longer usable. The fault was picked up by the customer support team on Monday and I received a very quick and helpful response. After providing some additional information I was advised that under the warranty a new replacement product would be with me in 3 to 5 days and it arrived today, Friday. It was an excellent response from start to finish and i have no hesitation commending the company and customer support team.

Fantastic, fast service when I contacted to inform my kettle had suddenly stopped working. We need more companies as helpful and good as Russell Hobbs.

Very friendly operative. I ordered a kettle filter on line and had to go directly through to contact/customer service. After documenting the exact item required I was contacted within 24 hours to confirm that they had them in stock. I ordered on 28th July at 16.28 hours and when the order confirmation was received, delivery was documented as between 3-5 working days. The item was actually delivered on the 30th July. This surpassed my expectations. The whole exercise was super easy. Would most certainly recommend and give 5* +++ for service, helpfulness, polite staff and speed of delivery.
