Excellent !!
Fantastic quality and fast delivery. Can't wait yo get started.

Order received within a week - love the range of designs available- already planning my next ones

Everything straight forward with a great company order better than i thought it would be ,looking forward to ordering again

Ordered 5 kits got them in perfect time well packaged love them all, will definitely buy from them again

I was looking at one of the patterns for ages, wondering whether I should order it or not because I was unsure about the online images of it and thought is was suspiciously cheap. However, I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did. The pattern is easy to follow and printed on coated paper (it is a large one so, may take a while). The threads were organised beautifully and so far, the pattern is coming along nicely. Didn't take as long to come as I thought it would either! I would order again.

Excellent service and beautiful tapestries

From looking to new designs, the price, waiting for delivery and opening the package, is an absolute joy to shop with you. Since starting cross stitch my mental health has improved.

Took a long time to be delivered and communication wasn’t great, but the tapestries are great. They are well made and easy to follow. The thread is good, colours bright. Would recommend

My order arrived on time and I love the quality and appreciate that everything I need including a needle threader!

Beautiful cross-stitch design and product, good clear instructions.

Found the cross stitch I wanted was easy to use site and was a good quality product I am really pleased with what I ordered and the service I got

Arrived in good time. Lovely selection of tapestries, great prices.

Missing thread, but was replaced very quickly with no quibble

My cross stitch arrived faster than I thought. It's good quality and is going to look fantastic when finished!!

I accidentally dropped my pattern into water and ruined it. I contacted customer services and had a new one emailed to me within 24 hours of my email.

Very happy and will definitely be ordering from here again

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the product I received. The cross-stitch kit I purchased was completely different from what was advertised. The colours did not match the final design, and the overall quality was significantly inferior.

Despite raising these concerns, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They initially offered me only a partial refund, which I declined, as this was clearly false advertising. When I insisted on a full refund, they demanded I pay for the return shipping to China—a cost I should not have to bear for their mistake.

After trying to resolve this issue, they stopped responding altogether, leaving me out of pocket for a product I cannot use.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality is poor, and their customer service is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

Freddie Mercury counted cross stitch, arrived quicker than expected.
Good quality fabric and cottons, love it, well underway with it now, looking forward to the end product

This website masquerades as a UK company but the products come from China, this is not stated. I ordered a cross stitch for a Xmas present and it did not arrive in time. When I did receive it, the items were thrown into a bag with a very unclear sheet of paper - not suitable for a gift, will not use this website again!

Excellent service, prompt delivery and amazing tapestry

Lovely product.
Vibrant colours and so lovely to complete. Very happy with my purchase
