Very pleased, the 1st picture I received is a printed canvas which is very easy to work on, the colour does show through, but once it's soaked when I've finished, that shouldn't be seen. Very happy

Doesn’t give enough thread of each colour and as it was for a present I have have to order new thread very disappointing . Never had that happen before with other companies

I got everything I ordered, I was able to track the
order all the home.
I am enjoying my doing Cross Stitch again.
Thank you
Karen

All good so far looking good with what i have done so far

Regular updates on where my parcel was received regularly, much appreciated!
Absolutely beautiful embroidery kit arrived today!
Really pleased, will definitely be shopping here again!

Good quality kits and I'm looking forward to completing one for a gift.

Great service and delivery

Lovely quality products delivered in reasonable time and well packaged. Would definitely recommend and would use again

I ordered two cross stitch print patterns. So easy to follow and has everything you need. The only thing I don’t love is that print shows through a bit so make sure you take that into consideration when ordering yours. Other than that I love them.

Very fast delivery, kept me updated on shipping and delivery details, this is my third time ordering and I'm very happy with my purchase, can't wait to get started, keep up the good work, thank you

Lovely kits that arrived in a timely manner. Very happy with my purchases and because of the buy 4 get one free offer I've gifted some to my daughters which will keep us all busy 😊

Beautiful cross stitch. True to picture. Never done a printed canvas before and love it!!!!

Excellent service. Arrived in good time. Kits are good value for money.

I made a mistake in using too much thread so kept running out pretty quickly. After contacting customer service they were quick to send the whole range of threads free of charge! Great service, very happy!

I bought this for my daughter, who really loves it, especially all the lovely colours.

Very good service bought this as a chr8stmas present so have not looked at I properly

I was wary to begin with. The prices seemed very cheap. I ordered the seven dwarves mining and is very good quality. The aida is cut a little short for hoops but the pattern is working up beautifully. Well worth the slightly longer wait on delivery

After ordering a few cross stitches I couldn’t wait to get started. The graph was very small and after emailing them they agreed to send out a larger scale for me. Well pleased and can’t wait to get cracking
UPDATE. After a few emails they sent me a PDF. Am not tech savvy so went to local printers. Only to find out the picture I had, had 30 colours and the one they sent had 35. Many emails later I find out there is two varieties of this picture so they sent another PDF which I have to print off again. They offered me a coupon, but am going for a refund. Don’t use these people.

Great design, easy to follow instructions, quick delivery
Came out really well, enjoyed doing it

Saw the site advertised on Facebook, thought I'd have a look if nothing else. I wanted something for the Daughter in Law. Wasn't disappointed. Such an array of choices. I opted for the Cheshire Cat, know that will go down well. It arrived well packaged, have no idea if it's ok because I don't do embroidery nowadays, I may start up again tho, such a choice available. I hope she will be happy.
