Have ordered on several different occasions now. I love the wide variety of patterns available, either counted or stamped. I tend to buy in bulk to take advantage of the discounts available. Delivery is very prompt, always with lots of thread and spare needles. Only once have I been missing one colour and the customer services were very prompt in sending it through at no extra charge. A totally positive experience all round.

Lovely cross stitch pack with loads of threads, great design and easy to follow. When my husband spilled some water on my instructions making them illegible they kindly send me a copy. Great customer service!!

They took a little while to arrive due to distance however - the customer service is very good. I ordered the wrong one, stamped not counted. I contacted them and asked to exchange if possible as Xmas gift. I was told it would cost me too much to return. They then asked if I would pay a small fee (£4/5?) and they sent me a counter one which arrived before Xmas. My mum loves the kits. She is impressed by the things included like thimble and thread cutter, I would buy from them again and whoever dealt with my clumsy mistake is one of the reasons I will come back and ship here again.

Received my Supernatural stamped cross stitch kit and I am completely in love with it.
It arrived in good time, looks to have plenty of thread with it as it is quite large and so it is looking amazing. It is going to take me a while to complete and I'm excited to see it finished. This is the second cross stitch I have bought from UK.tapestrymarket and I would recommend them.

The kits are great. Fabric is lovely to work with also with the fabric being already been printed with a grid makes it so much easier.

I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you

Kits are well put together and enjoyable to do. Delivery was good

The kits are well put together with separate little containers for the needles which is a great idea. They have some really unique designs which is refreshing and lots of different sizes away from the standard size kits. For a cross stitch enthusiast it is a great site. Delivery was quick and without issue.

Ordering Experience
Very pleased with both orders I have placed and I like the fact that I can track the parcels from China. Excellent service. The kits are good value for money.
Christine

Ordered 2 kits which arrived reasonably promptly and with all listed parts. When, after several months, I contacted the company to ask for a pdf of the one of the charts, I recieved it within 24hours. Excellent service and I love the designs.

I ordered two of the 11count packs which is the second time I have ordered these. Just finishing off the last one of the first batch and I find they are very easy to follow and there are plenty of strands to finish. Size is very good for beginners and easy to use. Needle threader very easy to use.

Thay are very easy to do and look good

I use Tapestry Market all the time. Can't beat them for value & choice. All that backed up by great service. Will definitely use again & again.

Order 5 cross stitch packs on a deal, I was updated regularly, and they turned up in a decentish time. They're very good, and I can't wait to start my three, 2 were presents for a friend, but as a beginner I've just started and trying smaller ones before I jump in the deep end. Lots of choice to pick from, and good quality.

I am please with the item I got from you

Very disappointed, I ordered a tapestry for my mum, she's 76 but loves cross stitch. The image isn't printed on the aida, there is a tiny picture of the image that I'm guessing she has to use to count the squares. Absolutely ridiculous, my eyes are fine and I'd find it impossible! Waste of my money.

I used to cross stitch and fancied having another go. I got the 11 count for larger squares now I’m older! Also the pre printed background so I didn’t need to count. ITS AMAZING!! I can’t put it down. Beautiful picture and easy to follow. Can’t wait to finish and order again!

Great, good quality items. Quick delivery easily trackable

Brought 4 now and love doing them recommended to anyone who love cross stitch.

Fast delivery, good quality materials and clear instructions. Really pleased

Lovely quality items and received very promptly. Items were carefully packaged.
