Excellent pricing and quality!
Beautiful cross-stitch kits, perfect printing, lots of extra thread!
Super fast delivery!
I would certainly recommend!

Whilst I'm haven't actually started any of.mine yet I am excited about getting going. The kits look great, the colours are amazing and instructions clear.
I have had to contact customer services but they have responded very quickly and everything was sorted out quickly.
I would definitely use them again, however I really need to get these done first as I have a tendency to get carried away and will end up ordering more than I can actually do!

Product came within the time quoted and is exactly as advertised. Would buy again

Have ordered twice now. First a printed cross stitch and second some accessories. Both arrived within a week and are of high quality. The instructions could be a little clearer but I was able to decipher them.

Ordered several products all arrived at the same time in one parcel so thumbs up on packaging. No issues at all and arrived as expected. Will definitely use this site again.

Great service fast delivery, great little cross stitch kit, would recommend and will use again.

Great service. Very quick and easy with quality product

Great service and quick response. They are really good at responding to queries and helping you with what you need. The print and patterns are good and very pretty. Just keep in mind that you can't expect a highly detailed piece on an 11ct pattern. The tools are really good too and can be quite unique

I ordered my first cross stitch kit. When it arrived it was packaged well with threads neatly bundled.
I was a little baffled by the key and instructions but it didn’t take me long to figure it out.
I’ve enjoyed starting my cross stitch and find it quite straight forward now I’m into the swing of it.
Hoping my picture will look great.

The instructions are really small and so pale, I cannot read them,,,, so I can’t even start the project,,,,, very disappointing

Very happy with all my purchases. All my cross stitch kits have been beautiful. They have all came with everything needed. Will continue to order more.

I received what I ordered. The threads are vibrant and good quality. I was unavle to read cross stitching instructions. I asked for instructions via email and I received them together with the training video. I am very happy with this great service and assistance.

Lovely quality for a reasonable price. Only part way in to my project and my naughty dog got hold of the chart, causing the ink to run and smudge on it. A short email to the company asking if there was any chance of ordering a replacement chart and one was emailed through to me within a few hours. Great company, great service and I will definitely use them again
