I've never had any negative issue. It arrives on time.

Order received in good time. Had a few threads missing from one kit but customer service was brilliant and arranged for the missing threads to be sent very quickly. Can't fault them. And the cross stitch kits are lovely. Thank you

Great variety of cross stitch. Sent within days of order. Good quality aide and thread. Couldn't be happier.

Bought as a gift and the recipient was very happy with the product

Have ordered a number of packages and they have all arrived in good condition!

All charts are really beautiful I got 5 and have done 2 already

Beautiful Lord Of The Ring Tapestry. 5 🌟 to customer services. I requested counted/stamped piece. Unfortunately some symbols are not easily recognised on the printed sheet especially the same symbols with or without a yellow background. Maybe if the printed sheet was a bit larger or we are provided with a pdf so we can print this ourself. Overall very satisfied with the piece.

Good product, good value and quick delivery

Great service and lovely products will definitely be ordering more 😀

Bought as a gift which was greatly appreciated. The only downside is that I didn’t realise it was being sent from China and not the UK. Otherwise I would have ordered it earlier.

I haven't yet started this particular cross stitch due to illness but it's definitely top quality.
The threads are beautiful and I'm looking forward to getting started on it in the near future. Defo recommend.

Arrived on time. Good quality threads and easy to follow patterns. Would recommend.

I got all of my cross stitch kits, love them all and can not wait to start them soon.i really love the two wolves cross stitch kits and the little girl with the kitten, the other two will decide when I have finished doing them

The tapestry and the threads are excellent. It would be much easier if it had been printed as it is shown and not random coloured boxes, but I am very happy overall and will definitely buy again.

Kits are brilliant. On my 3rd one. Very true to photography

Great product and good company to deal with. Answered any queries quickly. Would use again

Quick service was amazed at the quality and amount of thread will be ordering more

Great service always. Sometimes it takes a bit time to deliver but still great service.

A speedy response to my query. I asked if it was possible to get a replacement chart as I had spilt water on my original. Within 24 hours I received a copy of the chart to my phone.

New customer. I bought a lovely Beauty and the Beast cross stitch kit. The customer service was excellent. I will shop here again.
