Scam scam scam - do not shop here!
I paid for their brand new ipl machine but was sent their oldest model valued at half the price.
I contacted ULIKE asking to return. They were friendly at first asking me to keep the machine at a discounted price.
I declined and after that they stopped responding - this was two months ago and I'm still fighting through klarna to recieve a returns address

Not a trustworthy company…. Be careful!!!
I bought the new Ulike Air 10, I paid £269.
I used it religiously as instructed for 6/7 weeks but I see no changes. I reached out to the company because they offer a 90 days return policy if not satisfied and the policy online says for the return to be accepted they need to see pictures, but they never asked me for pictures. First, they tried to negotiate a 30% refund, then it went to 40% but I refused since the product isn’t working I just want my money back. They said they will inspect the item once they receive it. The thing is the item was used so what are they inspecting? I challenged them about that and after a lot of back and forth they kept saying the same thing over and over, they refused to give me a straight answer. They did send a free label with an address in the UK and they kept saying it will be inspected I open reception. So I opened a dispute with PayPal but this time they said I will only get a refund if I send the item back to a Hong Kong address at my own cost. in the meantime PayPal has told me that the address on the free label provided is not valid, so I have to send it to HongKong if I want my refund. So beware….

Faulty over heating device and company charging for refund
I bought the Ulike Air 10 IPL Hair Removal Handset in April. I have used it serval times and each time the device over heats and switches it’s self off. As someone who knows a lot about consumer products and the safety standards needed, it’s alarming to me that the device over heats after only a few minutes that it needs to turn itself off.
I have been contacting the company over the weekend wanting to send the device back and get a refund only to see I’m potentially going to be charged 10% of the original order value for the companies failing to supply me with a working product (read companies refund policy)
As someone who runs a product based business I think this is despicable.
Please answer my emails and arrange for my refund to be processed.
