I’m happy with the product and delivery time, however, using UPS was nog great. Without my decision, the package went to a pick up point (this was not my choice), and the pickup point was not very close or easy to reach. Furthermore, the opening times of the place were only workdays and working hours - very unhandy so only had 4 business days to pick up whilst I was going on vacation. So bottom line, check very carefully what the delivery option is.

Stine and Jeanette were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. They helped me pick out a gorgeous piece to take home to Australia and also gave me some great tips on were to check out in Copenhagen.

Bought 2 bikinis and 3 bras. All fit beautifully and are amazing quality. The sizing information is very helpful and delivery to Northern Ireland was quick.

De bedste menstruationstrusser jeg har prøvet. Har både briefs og strings og de virker så godt for mig. De er bløde, larmer ikke når man går og giver ikke indhug i huden pga den blonde kant. Dertil er de nemme at rense og vaske.

Glæder mig til at der kommer flere på lager igen!

Og det kunne være mega fedt, hvis jeres strings også kom i en beige/brunlig farve, så man ku' bruge dem under alt slags tøj.

Just received my first order and really pleased with the products, great quality and purchaseed in the sale so exceptional value. Only (minor) gripe is that delivery was a bit slow but then again it was worth the wait!!

Very good quality and great to wear. But I am more curvy like a size 40/42 and the biggest size fits but the bikini is a little bit small. So maybe one size more would be great :)

Great product. But I really didn’t like the fact it was sent to pick up locker instead of my home address without my confirmation.

I really like the bralettes. It is hard to find comfy and cute ones. I hardly wear any other underwear anymore.

I thought the products were made in Bulgaria (as written on the page), however on the garments it says Made in China & Made in India. I would have wished that it would have been communicated properly on your website. I felt a little disappointed by that, since you claim that the products are made within Europe. However, the fabric feels nice, the size fits well, the slips are very beautifully made.

The customer service is brilliant and such lovely items! Stine has been so helpful throughout.

Jeg havde nogle spørgsmål til mål, så kontaktede deres kundeservice. Deres kundeservice svarede med det samme og gav rigtig god service.

Jeg har været en fast og begejstret kunde af UnderProtection i mange år og derfor føler jeg mig “tvunget” til at dele min KÆMPE begejstring for deres nye menstruationstrusser og kop - jeg har altid haft problemer under og efter min menstruation pga bind, tamponer m.m, og har ligeledes prøvet andre menstruationstrusser og kopper på markedet som jeg følte havde en kemisk tilgang og koppen føltes meget hård, men efter at have prøvet menstruationstrusser og kop fra UnderProtection som adskiller sig på materialer m.m, da har jeg ALDRIG haft det bedre under min menstruation samt har ingen gener efterfølgende! Jeg ville ønske at ALLE kvinder kendte til UnderProtection og deres sortiment, for det gar betydet en verden til forskel for mig!!🙌🏻🌟🙌🏻

Tolles Service! Kontakt per Mail unkompliziert. Produkte passen gut. Im Sale mit weiteren Rabatt eingekauft. Überraschungspakete waren auch gut. Natürlich traf nicht jedes Produkt darin meinen Geschmack, aber es hat sich trotzdem rentiert.

Quick delivery. I've been using underprotection since I decided to wear nontoxic sustainable lingerie and have a few items. I like that it's pretty Vs plain, and lace is soft. This year tried the lucky bag in the stock & sample sale, very happy with it.
