dont use them

had a small win they suspended my account proof of this proof of that after several months back and forward I have lost count how many times I forwarded my things again to be told not good enough think they want me to go to professional photographer now after all this they say forgot to tell you we need another picture now of you outside your front door ive given up now that is what they want you to do but ive only given up with them. will go to the Maltese gaming commission see what they say.they are impossible and arrogant as you can be in chat, if you have other account use it if these are your only choice I would stop betting.thay got 1 star because the lowest I could give and its far more than they are worth

Shocking Site that takes all...

My poor son dared to play this shocking site yet he is far to polite to say anything yet I am not.. Empty spins and when free spins fall you are paid pennies only from them.. I urge all to not give your hard earned money while they sit on their bums getting rich off it.. Shocking .. He will never play there again...

My son Jordan Morrison has been able to deposit on your site every time yet as soon as he wanted to withdraw just 40 pounds you have placed his withdrawal on hold.. Why???
Why allow people to deposit each and every time yet refuse to pay out even small amounts?? Something telling me you are corrupt in your dealings with customers who trust you to be a fair gaming site.. If you release his funds I will update my review but if you don’t he will be closing his account down and urge others to do the same…

Worse company

Worse company. Takes your money then soon as you wanna withdraw they block your account hold funds. Provided all information they have asked for yet still being denied and they are still holding my funds 2months later. AVOID all cost customer service is price of shit too

Please note that the verification of an account is ongoing as part of our regulatory obligations. These checks are required to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our platform, and they must be fully completed before withdrawals can be processed.

As outlined in our terms and conditions:

6.1 We are required to undertake certain checks to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations – for example to verify your age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances, and the source of the funds you deposit and use – and we may also undertake other credit, fraud prevention and verification checks (together “Verification Checks”). We may ask you to provide various pieces of information and supporting documentation to enable us to carry out these Verification Checks, for example a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate, financial statements, documents to support the expenditure on your account, proof of address and/or any other documents / evidence that we may reasonably require.

This may also include documents in a different format. For example, you may be asked to provide an original PDF formatted file depending on what is needed to complete the verification successfully.

We understand that having a document rejected can be disappointing, but this does not mean withdrawals are refused permanently—it usually indicates that additional or alternative documentation is required to meet regulatory standards.
