Diabolical customer service. Having been a loyal customer for 14 years, I played 1 hour blackjack, withdrew £7000, and now a block has been placed on my account.

12 days blocked so far with no valid reason given.

Can’t withdraw my balance either.

Just shocking customer service.

. rubbish would be a compliment. If you live it to another app and come back you have to login again and.... login holds only your username and ask for password and !!! DOB !!!!! each time. When you trying to do it there is no blank space but some random date you have to delete first. Never going to touch it again

Good site and great games

I play a veriety of different sites and I find the site quite easy to navigate and easy to use generally. I do find that the sites slots do not pay out at the same rate as the other sites I play, also I find the bonuses aren't very generous and they tend to have more wagering requirements compared to my usual sites.

PLEASE AVOID. They hide EVERYTHING in tiny tiny writing in the terms and conditions. I deposited £30 to qualify for the free spins bonus. After losing it all without winning a penny. They then tell me I shouldn’t have used Apple Pay and needed to use a debit card. WHY? Anyway, I then deposited using debit card and got my spins after speaking to customer service as they did not come through. I ended up winning £67. From a total deposit of £60. I went to withdraw it and it said I can’t. I contacted the agent chat again and they said I need to get £677 in order to WITHDRAW!?!!! The agent said they are not customer facing and cannot help atall! Reported to UKGC (ruby even said they don’t comply with their rules)
