Mark was our salesman and he was responsible and he communicated well with us. And the two movers (driver's name was Vladyslav Avramenko) who packed our belongings were patient, friendly and did an excellent job for us. Their packaging skills were one of the best we have ever had moving, and we have moved alot across the U.S.

Mike on the delivery was amazing! He communicated with us regarding delivery date and time. They arrived on time, took care of our belongings, was polite and professional.

I don't understand a 4-Star rating here. SURELY the company paid somebody something for it. I'm forced to give a 1-star--but I would prefer to give 0-stars. I would call my experience with this company a NIGHTMARE. They gave me a quote, then up-charged me on pickup; took all my things "somewhere"--unloaded--repacked a bunch of stuff, re-loaded onto another truck, made me wait 2 weeks for delivery, during which I camped out at my new home. The boxes/cartons from this "professional mover" looked like they had been on a skydiving expedition; stuff just thrown in any old way. 2 gorillas from the zoo could have done as well.
I am a collector of antiques, fragile, one-of-a-kind things that I clearly asked if they were competent to handle. Of course, they said they were. If ONLY I could show you pictures. Hand-carved, hundred-year old or more irreplaceable things--smashed, after I specifically point out their frailties. And they have a BBB rating of A+, which I'm sure they paid for.
And ATTITUDE: This company on the front end knows you on a first-name basis. Then when you've signed on the dotted line, they could not care less about your convenience, what happens to you between pick-up and delivery...and it could be 3 weeks where you have to camp out. Their staff know NOTHING. Packing folks: NOTHING. You have a question: call Customer Service and leave a message. Or if you're lucky, get some snippy rude, Phyllis to tell you how it's going to be--and cares nothing for your schedule, convenience.
PAYMENT: Oh they can't take any ordinary form of payment. You have to go to a bank and pull out fist-fulls of cash as if it were a Mafia payoff. [arrange ahead of time] OR joy, joy--go to a Post Office and buy a postal money order, where they again won't take anything but cash or a debit card. [What's wrong with a credit card?] All in all -- they are a nightmare. So, avoid this company at all cost, and help us demand more regulation from our states of this predatory industry.

Let’s start with the good. Our delivery from Pennsylvania to Missouri was excellent. Mike, our delivery man was very thorough and took great care to check where we wanted the various items to be delivered to. He was very communicative and expedient—the delivery was one day early! The vast majority of our items arrived in their original state and overall we were happy with the move.

Now for the not so great. The pickup from our apartment to the holding point was done by a completely different moving crew. They charged us an exorbitant amount of money for packing materials without first quoting us on what the various packing fees would be (couch, bed, a few smaller items). These fees were added after they had already loaded up all of our items into the delivery truck, leaving my family little option but to sign off on it, as they had already completed the job. There were various points at which my mother in law went to pack things herself with her own materials, for them to only say, no no, we have our own box, we can do that. They then charged us a significant amount for the packing materials at the end. All in all, we ended up paying well above our initial quote (both in square footage and in packing materials), about $1800 more.

The moral of the story is, you don’t know who you are going to get. Sometimes you end up with a good crew like Mike and sometimes you get unlucky.

You may have a nice salesman to start you off who seems knowledgeable and friendly, but that is where this type of interaction ends. They (driver name is Alex) didnt show up during the pickup window and told me it was because their truck broke down. Later that evening, after I threatened to cancel the contract, a lady from customer service called me to tell me they were lying and that, in fact, they had just not finished the previous job yet. She assured me they would be there first thing the following day. They showed up around 10:30 as a bunch of entitled teenagers. Lazy packing job (things just piled in to boxes without being wrapped or protected), broke multiple items, including my $3k OLED TV. Oh, and I should mention that they only packed up half of my stuff before demanding an additional $8000 to pack up the rest of it. I told them to kick rocks and rented a UHaul and did the rest myself. When they delivered the half of my stuff that they had packed and loaded before attempting to extort me, the driver of the truck asked me if i wanted to keep the protective moving blankets or if I wanted him to unwrap my belongings. He (Mike) asked me for $30 per blanket for the 55 blankets ($1650). I told him to get busy unwrapping, and he started haggling with me. We finally agreed that I would send him $250 to his private account, not associated with the company, and I could keep the blankets. This business is shady. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people.

They picked up my furniture at 11:30 pm on May 28, 2024 in Las Vegas. It is now July 5, and I am still waiting for delivery to my home in WI. I have heard many conflicting excuses. I don’t know if it is in storage somewhere or if it is really on the way. I don’t know what to do anymore!

They will not return my money! This morning the agent was bashing me and my faith. Is that why they refuse to return my money???
