However, it has come to our attention that there may be a misunderstanding. Our records indicate that we have not had any prior communication with you before sending out our Welcome email and SMS message.
Right from the beginning, we maintained clear and transparent communication with the broker, outlining the necessary steps to facilitate the agreement. Once we received all the required information, we proceeded promptly with the processing of your application.
Bad customer experience
You sent the money to the wrong car garage last week and I still have no car but you have still set up a direct debit but you are not bothered about your customer service
