Made 5 Bookings over A$8,000 never received any response or refunds…USA crooks

No Scammer, got refunded the money via personal cheque. Cheque has cleared. Money received… Thank you.

We have paid the reservation. From 2021 the had to refund but everyone disappeared!! Totally fraud!!!!!

Just got a cheque in dollars for 2 plane tickets.
Company ceased trading. Let’s wait and see if I can actually bank this cheque. I keep my hopes up as I wasn’t even expecting to get this cheque

One of the best sites that had to close due to unintelligent people who thought they can refund or reschedule “take it or leave it” deals that cost 10% of the real package deal. What a shame. Miss you unsold

Had a holiday booked for $366.10 and was scammed. Have written several emails to them and no reply. Don’t trust this company. 😡 😡

Stole my money from 2 holidays, over 400 pounds

This company is a scam. They had good reviews when I purchased my trip to the Maldives in 2020. In 2021 they cut and ran and took everyone's money. They say on their website "we have refunded most peoples money" which is absolutely not true if you look at any of the current reviews. Liars, Scammers and Thieves.

As with other unsatisfied victims of non-refunded monies, it has been years! The canned refund message lacks sincerity. The money is owed. The panademic affected individuals too!

Since 1st Mars 2021 I've made a booking that has not been refunded til today. Since the company through their closed website announced they will refunded everyone, I'm still waiting to be refunded 02 years after. Everytime I'm going to check with my email, I receive the same message. Refund is still in process. After 2 years ??? Please don't play with my money, refund my 1,528 AED. I need it.

They are scammers and if you are reading this go to facebook and look up unsold refunds. There you'll find a group of customers who are working together to get our money back. So far we've managed to get most of our member's refunds by emailing BookVIP which is co-owned by the same person/people who owned Unsold and getting his new company to sort refunds. EDIT: UNSOLD FLAGGED MY REVIEW TO REMOVE HIS NAME. I WILL REMOVE IT BUT YOU CAN FIND IT BY LOOKING UP ES[dot]BOOKVIP[dot]COM/OURSTORY.

You need to be proactive, do not wait for them to send it. Also, someone needs to start a class action against these people. The better business bureau has reported they did not have the right licenses to operate in Florida in the first place and the way they've handled this is a travesty.

All of my payments were made back in Feb 2021 for travels before Feb 2023. I checked back sometime around Feb 2022 to plan my travel only to know that they already shut down the business. I'm still waiting for my refund and hear nothing from them so far!!!!!!!!!

BIG SCAM!!! I would give negative 10 stars if possible. Like everyone else I've waiting on my refund for 2 hotel stays, Dubai and Paris. Purchased Paris first and after calling the hotel after hearing they were going out of business I was happy to hear it was all set but after checking back a month before my hone I found out it was no longer available. That was July 2021 and I've been emailing ever since to get my refund with no luck.

AGAIN A BIG SCAM

Scam, Booked two weeks hotel in London. I should not trust them it was too good to be true. Two weeks 4 star hotel for the price of £,240.00

Like everyone else here I got duped into buying a trip that never eventuated because they were a SCAM from day 1. When I went to book the hotel I found out they had closed down 14 months after purchasing hotel stay. Because it had been so long since I purchased the trip on my credit card I couldn't even claim it as fraudulent. How these people sleep at night with stealing people's hard earned money I'll never know but you won't live a pretty life with this over your heads forever!

I purchased my hotel stay 15/11/2020 future stay 24 months. . When I went to look at booking dates I discovered your no longer operational, with no email explanation. I followed the link requesting my refund in October, 2021 Still no confirmation. It says it will be refunded in 90 days. NOT TRUE!! It is now one year and still no refund. I am writing to express my unhappiness and request this be address immediately.

BIG SCAM. Booked a family vacation through this website and ended up with this crap:
We regret to inform you that despite all efforts, Unsold.com has been forced to cease normal business operations effective immediately and has had to cancel all future travel reservation(s).

Like everyone else we had no communication from Unsold and certainly no refund. I tried to submit a refund form , but it says they already know that I am due a refund, amazing!! Is anyone instigating a class action against the Directors of this company as this appears to be a total scam?
