J’ai effectué une réservation au mois de Juillet pour partir une semaine en Grèce début septembre, fin août je reçois un e-mail comme quoi le site a dû planter à cause du Covid et qu’il fallait que je remplisse un formulaire pour me faire rembourser. Aucun contact, juste un message qui explique que le site reviendra vers moi pour le remboursement. Quand je refais la démarche, ça me met que j’ai déjà fait la demande et qu’il fallait que j’attende un retour de leur part. Ça pu l’arnaque à plein nez.
Est-ce que ça vous ai aussi arrivé ? Qqlun a un contact autre que ce formulaire pour Unsold?? Merci !!

I also got scammed. I would be interested in joining a class action if there is one. So disappointed as it seemed to good to be true and I should have known better :(

I Paid $500 for 1 week hotel accomodation Nov 27, 2020 and tonight I tried to book a hotel and found out the company folded and took my money.
I filed for reimbursement & said
they will process as they received it, no email confirmation of refund receipt.

I wonder if this was intentionally played to get people's money and shut down and use covid as Excuse.

I've had some movement on getting a refund. I went to BOOKVIP.COM and went to their live chat. Wrote a very unflattering message to them about being affiliated with unsold.com. Live chat was unmanned. This morning had an email saying the refund has been processed with processing details. Not holding my breath for the refund but it's a start. Will keep you updated.

I got scammed too , they say they went out of business and filled a form to get refund but never heard back nor even got an email confirmation .

We need a class action. So many people have called out for it! How can we all get together. Trust Pilot help us unite!

I am 100% sure that we can get together and bring these scammers to justice. I have done some research and it looks like the company is actually in Budapest Hungary under company registration number 01 09 355379 Unsold Vactions Kft (ceginformacio) However on this site it has the company website listed as advertisingboost however still the same scam looking site.

Guys we somehow need to all get together and make sure the owner of this company pays the price. I was unable to find much info about the owner but the name Andy Small along with some of his aliases kept popping up! I’m sure if we work together, we can get justice.

Yes unsold took my money and ran... I filed a claim with BBB. Is there another legal avenue like small claims court?

If I didn't go to check on my advanced paid travel with unsold, I would have never known they folded.
No refund at this point either, pretty crappy of them.

Had purchased 2 packages before they folded. One was refunded through disputing the charge through my credit card. 1 was past being able to do this and filed a BBB claim. Received a refund check in the mail a few days ago. If you receive mail that says payment enclosed on the envelope do not throw away before opening!

I ve paid a 350 dollars to unsold . Less than 1 week of my bookig i received an email that they canceled there activity and that i have to feld a refund form . Since that time nothing !!! How can we claim our money or make a case agqinst them ??

Paid nearly $400 in advanced as so I could travel at my leasure once the countries were out of lockdown.. Since then reading on a website they aren’t operating any more… They didn’t contact me to let me know this and no way of contacting them. They have taken my money and run with it. Shame on them. This site is Crap

I reside in Australia. I never received any notification that your company has folded. Went online to book my accommodation for my holiday & was shocked saying I need to apply for a refund - how rude. I paid upfront my accommodation, as I have not utilised this I have applied online for a refund. When everyone pays upfront where does the money go? As it is not distributed to the hotels until you actual stay at that location. I urgently request a refund now to book for another location. What are your direct phone number & email address? Lena

Have Purchased vouchers from Unsold for use in Australia and now They have ceased operation no refund No Contact this is disgraceful surely something can be done about this company.

I also found out that they will no longer honor bookings; but they have not yet sent my refund. They should at the very least provide a timeline or an update on who has been refunded and what criteria they are using to process the refunds.

I think there needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company. Many of us are out hundreds/thousands of dollars. Very unfair.

I purchased a holiday package from Unsold and recently discovered that they no longer operate. I tried communicating them regarding a refund for the purchased holiday, but have been unable to get hold of them. They seem to have disappeared. I'm notsure if I will be refunded the amount I paid for my holiday. :(
