You should never feel like you have to repeatedly report missing rewards, and we understand how discouraging it is when something doesn’t credit the way it should.

Game partners sometimes fail to send completion signals, which is why rewards may not appear automatically. When that happens, our team reviews each submission through your Activity Ledger so we can investigate and apply credit when eligible. We know it’s not ideal, and your experience shows we have more work to do.

We’re glad to hear you enjoy the Daily Survey, and we appreciate your patience with the other survey partners — disqualifications and missing credits can be frustrating, and your feedback helps us improve those experiences.
