Un grand merci à Mino pour son accueil exceptionnel !

Je tiens à laisser un avis très positif sur le service client d’Ohm Énergie, et en particulier sur Mino, qui m’a accueillie avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, de gentillesse et de clarté.

Il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions, avec une voix calme, rassurante, et surtout très humaine. Ça change tout ! On sent qu’il connaît son travail et qu’il aime aider.

Bad customer service and Bad company

My charger not working properly sent them 60 to 70 emails to have it sorted they sent a engineer out to look at at and he said it's not working properly and you need a new one this have been going on for months i been telephone them they keep saying a manager will phone me back still waiting they are the worst customer service i deal with keep way from this company they are no good and I dont think they get better

User's recommendation: Keep away not a good company.

OHM fitted our Heat pump 4 years ago…

OHM fitted our Heat pump 4 years ago and we have been delighted with the efficiency of the system and the excellent customer service.They have now competed 3 annual services and have always been efficient and helpful. The most recent service was completed this week and was comprehensive in both technical service and administration. 5 stars...
