Jason was fantastic! I just bought my first bike and was struggling to find locking skewers that would fit it (the frame lacks the usual dropout notches). Jason called me back, calmed me down, and walked me through my options - and he was exceedingly warm and friendly despite me being an obviously flustered bike-newbie. I'm grateful he took the time to understand my concerns, and his good attitude made my morning!
