Customer service has been amazing. They exchanged a couple rounds of emails to help make sure I ordered the correct skewers for my long-tail cargo bike that I modified to have a wider rear hub. Seriously, I wish they sold a greater variety of products so I could buy more of my bike parts from such a helpful company.

Shipping has been delayed, but by everything I can tell it's due to national shipping bottlenecks, not because of any delay at the company. The order was sent out very quickly.

Urban Bike Tech had the coded Pits in stock. No long wait to order them from Germany.

Haven't received the packages yet but the customer service here goes above and beyond!

Urban Bike Tech is an awesome company that sells amazingly effective products. I had a beloved custom touring Rodriguez that had Pitlocks on the dropouts, the seatpost, and the headset. Someone broke into my garage and stole the bike, and when it was miraculously recovered two and a half years later, other components were missing, but the original wheels, seat stem, and handlebars were still there! Someone definitely beat up the frame and the Pitlocks trying to get the wheels off, but the Pitlocks held. I contacted Urban Bike Tech in order to replace the Pitlocks. Customer service was stellar--professional and responsive, quick with fulfilling and shipping the order, and they even gave me a discount on replacements! I'm a customer of both Pitlock and Urban Bike Tech for life.
