I initially bought a wardrobe from them via Amazon. When it came it had 3 damaged panels and via contact with Hayley at thier office. She asked for pictures and what panels they were she said a replacement would be sent within 2 weeks. We weren't in a rush so all was OK. Then Hayley contacted to say that they couldn't get the panels so she arranged a collection of the wardrobe. I choose another and had £48 refund. New wardrobe is lovely and no issues.
Hayley's help was amazing. Only downside they are hard to reach by phone

Spent £370 on bedroom furniture and the state of it upon delivery isn't the best. I'm also 1 box from 7 missing, tracking info via the courier states it's being returned to sender which I can only imagine means it's damaged beyond being able to give to me however no one is answering emails or the phone!!!!! I have genuinely been phoning back to back for almost an hour to no avail (and yes within company opening hours). I don't know what the next step is, will they send out a replacement???? Will I be refunded???? What makes it worse is I had someone booked in to come and build everything this evening!!!! I think I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card if I don't hear anything back within 24 hours.

Ordered a tv bench plus other items over two weeks ago. Still not arrived. Sent 10 emails & got a general reply saying they’re too busy to deal with the query. No one answers the phone either. Thinking I’ve been ripped off 🙁

Ordered some storage fold out boxes. Paid £3.95 for the delivery for them to be left on door step and stolen. Few emails have passed, first was a picture of them on my step, next email was they gave it a neighbour around the back (no houses around the back) now just ignoring my emails. Do not use this company. Doesn't seem genuine. Still no replacement or refund. I will be taking this further.
