I messed up. I purchased my order with wrong shipping information and the customer service team workes diligently to fix everything and make sure I got my shipment right on time. Needless to say, the clothing speaks for itself. Silky smooth touch, perfect bear fit, not huge but not tight, hugs me in the exact places I like it. Can't wait to show it off on my cruise.

Garrison Shorts Not Sized Properly
I usually take a Size 34 in pants or shorts; as advised on your website I ordered a size smaller which was Size 32 for the Garrison Shorts. I took the shorts to a tailor and he measure the shorts and they were actually Size 36 but labelled Size 32.
URS Wearbear were great to work with to resolove the situation and offered to send a new pair of shorts, but since the tailor had already altered the shorts, they then offered a refund, which is greatly apprecaited.

Great designs and quality, but sizing information could be better
I’m very happy with my first order from Urs Wearbear. The designs are bold and unique, the products look great in person, and the overall quality feels very good. My order was also shipped internationally to Serbia surprisingly quickly.
The main area I think could be improved is the sizing information. More detailed measurements for each product would make choosing the correct size much easier, especially for international customers where exchanges can be expensive. I would also appreciate more detailed labels and product information showing the exact fabric composition, material percentages and care instructions.
Overall, I really like the brand and would definitely consider ordering again.

customer service was great
There was a possible glitch when ordering where I ordered a swimsuit instead of the tank top. I went through the tank top option and checked out and everything only to see my receipt sent a swimsuit. The company responded and sent me a free tank and to keep the swimsuit as well as a $30 refund. Very appreciative of the service. I will be buying from them again. The items are pretty.

Wrong item/wrong size
My first order was sent with a substitute for an item that was out of stock (without checking with me). I had to ask for the original item to be resent which was sent in a packaging marked large but the inside item was xl. This is not the first time this happened.
