Customer service is incredible, please give them a raise for their extraordinary assistance

You made an advertisement featuring literal war footage. Children died and you used that to sell plastic.

Packages always come well handled and undamaged. Shipping is fast and they are always making amazing deals on their gunpla which makes them the best prices out there!

All my items arrived on time and packaged very nicely. Everything arrived with no damage and clean. I also got a sticker included which was a very nice suprise.

USAGS has an excellent selection of more than just Gunpla but other models as well. Their prices are very good for a stateside store, and their shipping is quick, well protected, and reliable. There are almost no figures I have been looking for they have not had available, and will sometimes have stock even after other stores no longer do.

The wait was long but extremely well worth it! Going into this preorder I knew it could take a while to eventually get the kit I wanted. I honestly almost forgot I had preordered it. But when I got the message it was shipped I lit up. When I received the package it was in such great shape. The shipping box was solid and taped well, the kit was packed amazingly and the kit box was is pristine condition as if it just came from the manufacturer!

Good price and fast shipping

Great place to get your gundam models and love how they will let you know when they get more of the ones I want in stock.

Between fairly consistent seasonal/holiday sales and reward points you have plenty of options for good prices. Shipping can sometimes be a bit delayed after major sales but not for long and doesn't happen often. Cool stickers with purchases that change each month.

You guys definitely made my childhood!! And the fact you guys had my chase kit ^_^ will definitely be buying in the future

The package was delivered in perfect condition. The price for the Gundam was great. Definitely worth it

Well the cheaper prices and fast shipping made it all worth it

I had a question about my preorder and received quick, detailed responses from two different support team members in a very short time. For me, the most important thing when preordering is getting items delivered on schedule and having clear communication. Their fast response builds real trust between the merchant and customers. Highly recommend USA Gundam Store!

Super easy, super fast, and great customer service!

You guys usually take care of my orders in a prompt manner and the packages are always well secured. I understand that your company is also at the mercy of the shipping gods and the volatile tariffs times. You guys are good!

Nothing to say because yall was perfect!!

Honestly the turnaround from order to arrival. The little stickers/folders/knick knacks you send with the orders dont go unnoticed too.
