I had a slight issue with the guy that mans the cash register. I believe the guy that did it before was Josh. I had never seen this guy. He was trying hard but he was really not there (focused). It was not busy 2-3 people in the store, I had to stand and wait for a total of ten minutes combined trying to get checked out, I don't know how many times I had to go re-look at the inventory as I was waiting for him. Finally got to the Register and I see what the deal was. He was so engrossed in building a gunpla while working that he couldn't do both at the same time. I had to re-peat myself multiple times. A female from the back came up and tried to have a work discussion with him about the Saturday build day while all this was happening. He was still trying to check people out, hold the conversation with her and all the while continuing to build his gunpla. Wrong time and place. Need to train on customer service as this is gonna hurt your business. Build Gunpla at home or when customers are not in the store, hold work related conversations behind closed doors not airing everything out to the customers in the showroom. I will still come buck I have had awesome experiences with your store, but you need to fix this.

Been ordering a lot of model kits from this website. Products have arrived well timed and packaged nicely.

I don't recommend Yuki tu model kit because her parts are too weak and break too easily but I do say she is very cute but if you want her then you can get Yuki just be careful putting her together
