I recently bought Baki Model Kit and the box came with damage and the inside souveneirs that came with, also got damage and I tried telling but it was of no help, and sadly well i will not display that part of the Kit :(

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the damage to the box. I took a look at your order and the correspondence with our support team, and I can see that you requested a replacement for an interior cardboard piece.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer replacement parts for cardboard components within the packaging. Additionally, the damage to the box does not fall under the definition of damage covered by our policies, which you can review here: https://www.usagundamstore.com/pages/policies-1.

Availability and price ranges have been good so far. Yet I did run into some late deliveries that went beyond the expected dates. Otherwise it has been a good option for buying kits and tools.

Discounts on popular stuff?!
Appreciate that the sales they have make kits much more accessible. And aren't against discounting even very popular kits. Delivery was ok, the actual model box itself came slightly damaged, but not horrendous.

Garbage site that lies about its delivery times then pretends not to know what they said. They use amazon basic shipping now, and its completely garbage. Got my order in damaged condition.

The delivery time and pricing was good. The only issue is that more accurate communication on the shipment could be a little more accurate if possible but it's not bad enough to be a deal breaker.
