Top notch customer service
I dealt with Craig, and from start to finish he delivered. He was able to meet me where I needed him to be on price. He drop shipped my order in 5 different countries without a problem and so far I have had zero rejections when copying my content to the USB's. The print of my logo and various addresses looks fantastic. I highly recommend Craig and USB Canada for your next order - you won't regret it!

Shipping address missing info
There was an issue with the shipping address, Street number and name were missing and this delayed the receiving. Additional care should be place in instructing your Chinese partner to provide complete address

Thanks for the feedback Christian. We normally do not experience this with our shipments, however human error can sometimes happen. We are sorry you had this happen this time, but will redouble our efforts to ensure this doesn't not happen again.

Beautiful product
The ordering was easy enough but I found that once I said I would order and the forms were delivered I didn't receive any other correspondence (ie: shipping information-eta of product). I felt as though the order was made so that was it for the service.
