Have I been duped again???

I’m over a week into this service and have yet to receive the first lead. I was promised 8 highly qualified leads in the first month. Not looking good.

We completely understand how that can feel — when you’re expecting momentum right away, a quiet first week is frustrating.

Leads often come in waves rather than evenly day-by-day. Monthly projections (like the 8 qualified leads discussed) are based on overall traffic patterns within the county, and timing can vary early on.

That said, your account deserves attention. Please reach out to our Member Services team so we can review your campaign, confirm everything is set up correctly, and give you a clear update on what to expect next.

So far this is great

So far this is great, I was expecting this call yesterday and was slightly disappointed that it did not happen. I expected that no call would be coming in as ive had so many of these promises made by other companies. And the call this morning restored hope that you willl keep your promises even if they are late. and secondly I told you that I got a lead already! And you did not ask anything about it. I know this seems like a tiny thing, but it's a big deal to follow up and follow through. I do have hope for a long term relationship.

I would give zero stars if that was an…

I would give zero stars if that was an option. When I received a call from one of their sales reps, I stated that I was not interested in working with foreclosure properties. The rep assured me that their platform had evolved, and was no longer focused on foreclosures. That was a bold-faced lie! I wish I had done my own research; foreclosure information is plastered ALL OVER their websites. I was promised "Quality leads", which was another lie. 5 months and 67 'leads' later, and not a single viable lead. I spent hours upon hours chasing down bad leads, hoping that just one would convert. It never happened. My so-called support person, Justin, rarely answered calls or responded to emails, despite the fact that he had asked me to check in with him weekly. I battled with USHUD for weeks and was finally issued a refund, but it doesn't come close to reimbursement for the hours I wasted.
The sales reps are very well trained in the psychology of sales...don't fall victim to this scam!

Very Misleading! Bogus Leads

Very Misleading!! I was mislead regarding the "Free Premium" package they told me about. I agreed to a 3 month trial period and was very adamant about only 3 months. Then I was told that I would receive the Premium package if I'd like it and it would be free. I asked everyone I spoke with if there were ANY extra charges for any of the products in the Premium package and they said no just the 3 month contract, they didn't tell me it would be an additional 3 months so in actuality I was signed to a 6 month contract. I wouldn't be so disappointed, upset, and feeling like I was swindled but I've been with this program since October, 2025 and have yet to receive a valid lead. They've all been bogus.

The first time I called and complained about the leads they said they would "Tweak" the info and I should receive valid leads - I didn't. When January came I was glad my 3 months were up.

I received another charge in February. When I called and spoke with support that's when I found out that I was not told the truth - I was mislead. I told them I wanted out of the contract because of 1) the bogus leads and 2) I only thought I had signed up for 3 months. I was told no but they would tweak the info so I would receive valid leads. I told them they had already done that once and it should have been done correctly then if that was the issue. I have yet to receive a good lead and it's 2/3/26.

So basically, I'm out a lot of money that I didn't have budgeted to spend and they are not willing to work with me on a resolution. So unless you have money to throw away, I'd stay away from doing business with USHUD regardless of what they say because they just want your money.

1 star is too many.

1 star is too many.
This company is a total scam. I have filed fraud charges as well as a complaint with the BBB. I signed up for 3 months of leads, after the 3 months was up, they auto billed me 7 months at $269 monthly. No monthly Statement, no email about auto renewal. And the leads are from people looking for foreclosed properties, not well qualified buyers.
